Just went in to check out the crazy close out deals and got a great one for my truck. I have been there before with my 2011 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4 and am truly impressed with the customer service in the service section also.

Service Dept Lacks Big Time !

Dropped Off For Two Days , On The 3rd Day Picked Up , Sales With Missy Is Top Notch ! Just Wish There Service Dept Was ! They Missed The mark . Also My Steering Arm Was Loose ? Had a Lift installed But They Would Not Even Tighten The Nut Up For Me ! Sent Me Out Very Un Safe ! Took Down To Jims Tire and He Tighten Up The Nut For FREE ! Ford Wanted around $600 Bucks To Tighten a Nut . Also Charged Me for a Fuel Filter Change For 150 Bucks ! Filter is 20 bucks ? Bad deal Having all Fixed Today By a Shop That Is Not Ford , all Worked Out Truck Is Great Now .
