Always Waiting, Poor Communication

Each time I bring a vehicle into Davidson to be serviced, I am sure to make an appointment ahead of time. I am sure to detail each thing I want done, so that everyone is fully prepared for my appointment. However, every single time I bring a vehicle to Davidson I end up waiting and waiting and waiting with little to no explanation of why. Most recently I brought my car in for an oil change, windshield washer pump replacement, and a sudden breakfluid indicator light. After waiting for 2 hours I finally got a quick word from someone - my car needs all new breaks. An entire hour later she’s back with an estimate that she doesn’t even understand. After some discussion I approve the work and am told it will take a few more hours and I’m welcome to wait. No thanks, I’ll take the shuttle home. No problem, the car will be ready first thing. So I call the next day at 9:30 just to find out a part that was needed wasn’t in like they said it was and so the work couldn’t start till just when I called. Ridiculous but fine I’ll wait longer. 2 more hours go by, no call. So I call and the car still isn’t done and the mechanic is out to lunch. There is zero communication with these people unless I initiate it and it seems they continue to forget about my car until I bug them about it. As I said this isn’t the first time I’ve had problems either. Standard oil changes have taken 2 hours with these people. So this is the last time I’ll be going back here. Management needs to do some serious training in simple customer service. Open and honest communication would go a long way, but the staff here just can’t figure it out.

Lemon trucks

Worst dealership there is bought a 2018 F150 after 4800 miles engine and transmission problems. Wont fix anything unless ford company pays for it. Almost 30 days and still not fixed. Instead of just doing the right thing and letting me pick out a different truck, their going to make me wait for a half ass fix. Dont buy a ford or from Davidson Ford Watertown !!!!! Making paymemts on a piece of junk.

Service Employees went out of their way to ensure our coverage & to get our vehicle in top-running condition. They found a potential issue while doing routine oil-change, submitted it for coverage under extended warranty plan & followed up to ensure the extended warranty covered the repair.

Well this is the first time I've ever leased a vehicle.! But it got me in a brand new truck! So I just hope the mileage doesn't hurt me? Except for that the truck is awesome! Not sure about the gas mileage yet? The team at Davidsons did great! Got all the extras I wanted! Thanks

Super Duty Fords

Salesman Jarrod, was great and still helps with questions I have after purchasing my F250. I felt he and the crew gave me a very reasonable deal on my trade-in. I would recommend this store to others. Only problem I have is the parts department should have more advertisement of accessories to have options to accessorize my vehicle, instead hiding in the back. I have visited other Ford stores parts department, for example Seekins Ford in Fairbanks, AK. Options to accessorize my vehicle and a computer to help locate suggested parts. Good experience

I bought a 2016 F350 and the experience was painless. After a few phone calls, We drove 2 hours at the end of the day to see the vehicle. It was as described and the deal took less than 30 minutes to complete. The only negative I found was the salesman seemed rushed as it was the end of the day and when I returned to complete paperwork I had questions and he pawned me off to a young lady which he called a product specialist. She could not answer the questions I had. Other than that, it was a good experience. We will probably start our next vehicle search with Davidson Ford.

Great experience at Davidson Ford

My experience with Davidson Ford Dealer was magnificent. Mr. Costa, the sales rep that supported me on my purchase was very helpful and patient with me. I went in there a bit confuse on what I wanted but the only thing I knew for sure was the I wanted a used vehicle, not a new one. After driving and walking around the parking lot looking at numerous option, Mr. Costa sat me down and explain that my focus was on the wrong place, why focus on a used vehicle when I can get a new vehicle for maybe an additional thousand bucks above my budget. After considering his suggestions, it makes complete sense and after looking around a bit more I left there with a brand new 2016 Ford F150. Mr. Costa in my eyes has all the qualities of a true sales person. Not at any given moment did I feel pressure or push to buy something if I wasn't ready. I have bought many vehicles and I​ have never done so with such ease like i did with Mr. Costa and the Davidson Ford team. missed car wash

I brought my car in for "The Works" oil change and vehicle inspection. I also requested the free car wash. I did not notice that my car was not washed until I got home. I immediately called the number on my receipt. The person that I talked to apologized and informed the service department about the mistake. I brought the car in the next day and received the free car wash.

Fantastic sales service1

I leased a new Ford Escape. I have purchased 6 other brand new vehicles in the past and can honestly say that this was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Chuck is a fantastic salesman; very knowledgeable and intuitive. He recognized my dislikes immediately and found a vehicle to best suit my needs. This is the first Ford I have ever driven however Im sure it won't be the last.
