The 2019 Ford Edge we purchased is the sixth vehicle from Shepard Ford dating back to 2001. As always the they are upfront with everything, no pressure , no hidden fees. There was minor damages on the rear bumper cover that we didn't notice on the test drive. Our salesman pointed this out saying we wanted you to see it before you sign anything. They repaired it with new parts no charge to us. The Service Dept. has always provided excellent service.

I have purchased 3 Mustangs since 2010, NONE of them from Shepard Ford due to prior poor service dept. experiences and salespeople indifference when shopping for a Mustang. Since it is now 2015, I decided to give the service dept. another chance diagnosing a transmission issue that I was experiencing with my Certified Pre-Owned Mustang that I bought from a Buffalo Ford dealer. Well, I was glad that I did! The service reps. listened to my concerns on what would be difficult to fix because of an extremely intermitent condition and their transmission tech. nailed it. They recommended a computer learning mileage of 100 miles which I put on with a foliage tour of 150 miles; perfect trip and NO past issues showed themselves. I'm very pleased.

I have always been pleased with the quality of service received at Shepard. I purchased my vehicle from another dealer and after realizing that their service department was sub-par I called Shepard's service department and they took care of a serious problem that the other dealer strung me along on. The next time I purchase a vehicle it will be from Shepard, excellent service and sales departments.
