Great experience

Not going back

Very saddened on how this whole ordeal was situated. Had to wait an extra two weeks after purchasing a car that was promised nothing was wrong with it and after having it for a few hours, the steering wheel wouldn’t even turn and they had to pay “2000” to fix the problem. That’s a lot of money and parts for a car that was “in great condition” before me even purchasing it. After that, I came to pick up my car after it was “done being serviced” just for the check engine light to go on AGAIN(I have confirmation of proof & receipt)after a few mins of driving it however I still ended up giving them the benefit of the doubt which I shouldn’t have because my life was on the line trusting them. Had to wait over a week again for them to fix ANOTHER problem. Overall, I do not trust them and I will not be going back after I’m done this year with the car and I will be seeking another company that I can actually trust with my money & how they handle professionalism.

Ok service

I purchased a vehicle recently. I was limited on a down payment, because of financial reasons. When discussing prices and cars I was kinda bullied or rushed into my current vehicle. The reason is I was looking at different options and trying to negotiate price. I had a coupon from the dealer that said 500.00 off "any" vehicle. I asked about that, and they tried to tell me tou can't use that. They obviously don't like asking for discounts. They were getting angry and rushing me saying, " I'm not lowering the price of this, it's already low enough. A 2016 explorer with 64,000 miles for 23, 990. I think not. I was also lied to multiple times. I asked about an explorer over the phone. I was told "It was just picked up, it was sold". I was told we will call you when we get one in. A few days go by and I went there to look at an explorer. They had 5 used explorers on the lot including the one I was told was sold. I am not sure why they dont want to sell cars, and why they don't treat there customers better. There were a couple people that were good to me. One of the ones was that had an attitude after a few times talking to him, was the GM. Another thing is I purchased a 17 explorer at first and after one day wanted to bring it back. They have a 3 day love it or leave it. I was told I can't, by the same guy who lied and said they sold the other explorer. I brought it back to the dealer and was told I can get another car from the lot, but they have no more explorers at that time. Except for the one they lied about and it said was being sold. I waited and went back and purchased a 2016 explorer. Not by choice but needed a vehicle. And like I said It was more of being rushed and attitudes, and wasnt thinking clearly. I tried others but they wanted 7,500 for a 2017, with 32,000 miles, for me to be at 425.00 a month. I obviously don't have that astronomical amount of money down. I am now stuck in a 2016 with 64,000 miles.

My experience at Lilliston was amazing they took all precautions for the virus did my repairs for my recall I explained to them several concerns that I've been experiencing with my car and they found the problem fixed it at a very reasonable price I couldn't be more happier Dennis from the service department took the time to explain things to me he is a valued employee as I see it I will definitely be coming back for more service thank you so much I now enjoy my Ford Focus again it's running very smooth thank you Lilliston

New 2020 Ford Explorer lease

I had found a deal online for a new lease as soon as I walked in to the dealership I was welcomed and given a sales person to talk to I explained my situation that my current lease was ending and I was looking to get into a new lease but somewhere around the deal I found online. The whole process was made so simple, I was able to stay around the monthly payment I needed to achieve, The sales person Kevin even helped me sync all of my technologies to the car once I agreed to the lease before I even left the dealership! It was amazing!

Transfer case (PTU) repair

My 2007 Ford Fusion made a tapping grinding sould at slow and mid speeds sometimes. Turns out it was my Transfer case (PTU). I have 139k miles and a after market warantee. Most repair shops don't like the red tape and slow pay issues with such companies. Thanks to Dennis in service at Lilliston Ford, my car was fixed like "clock work" and the warantee company was'nt so bad after all. Thanks Dennis!
