The salesperson Tino was very helpful and nice to work with. When the vehicle they got for me at an off lease auction showed up with undisclosed damage the dealership gave me an even better deal on another vehicle on their lot I had already looked at and threw in an additional option the dealer installed to "make it right". All said and done it stayed within the price range I wanted. They were even very helpful and quick when I had to bring my just bought suv in for programming updates.

Was able to get in shortly after arriving. Work was completed in a timely manner. Had a book to read, but did not even get a good start and the cars was soon ready. Was not able to get the usual car wash, but since the cold weather prevented such, I'll return on a day when not freezing. Note on QUOTE ? I did not ask for a quote. I had been there enough to know what the cost were. I was provided with a bill for the services preformed. (consider expanding response to "Not Requested" or question "work performed" indicating a receipt was given at time of payment.

I took my new truck to the Quick lane for an oil change and service. While the truck was in the shop, they notified me that there was a recall on it and offered to perform the recall work while it was in the shop. The work was done promptly while I waited.

After we made our decision he spent a great deal of time showing me all the features of my new Edge.
