This is my second purchase from Brown Motors. I returned because the entire process from picking the vehicle out to being handed the keys and driving it home is seemless and the staff put their all into making sure I was satisfied. Oil changes, detailing, after market parts - all are under one roof and they take the time to care. Great job and I look forward to business again in the future!

My story was - I knew it was time to turn in my leased 2013 F-150 but we accidently over-shot the turn in date by days short of a month. Dan and Alan, at Brown Motors got on the phone right after I had had one of those questionable conversations with Ford Credit. They got things straightened out and in one day, I was driving a new 2016 F-150! Ford Credit dropped all the potentially painful late charges and paperwork, preparation for which, had been set in motion.... Thanks you guys. I purchased a Jeep Renegade about 2 months ago from Brown Motors. My Salesman Jim Wendland went out of his way to get the model I wanted. They did not have one on the lot but he managed to find one for me that same day. The staff at Brown Motors is exceptional. Friendly and professional and so helpful and understanding. I was very pleased with the entire experience and would recommend them to my friends and relatives. I would certainly do business with them again!
