Service Timing Off

The service performed was great. However the timing in completing service was way off. I was told service would take 2 hours. I brought my Transit in on Monday morning at 9:00am, but vehicle was not ready till Tuesday morning. I need my van for work at nights and did not have use of it. Service did try to get me a loaner van or pick up truck from Enterprise, but was not able. Therefore, I had to get my own vehicle and trailer in order to transport the equipment I use for work. The salesmen that helped me transfer the equipment from van to trailer were very nice and helpful. I thank them very much. When I picked up my van on Tuesday I asked for the air filter that was installed to be free ($25) in order to compensate me for my hassle of getting vehicle with trailer and transfer equipment, I was denied. Besides that, everything was fine. I do feel $25 air filter would of been a nice gesture, since I saved Townsend Ford a rental, oh well.

Lincoln MRX 2013 I had asked my long time salesmen to keep an eye out for a larger SUV for me since I found my 2015 Escape was a little smaller that what I was used too, I received an email from Peter Leger that he found one for me (2 1/2 months later since I stressed it was not a rush). I went immediately to Townsend Ford, with Groceries in my car, I looked from the outside of the car and loved it, but mentioned I had Groceries in the car, he suggested we take a test ride to my house to drop off the groceries and show my husband :) We returned to the dealership and a deal was done, he is fantastic.
