Service at Thomasville Ford

Went in to get tires rotated. Took 12 minutes for service writer to decide if they could just do a tire rotation without doing a oil change. Then it took 25 minutes for the service writer to get a technician to take the truck in. When I got it back they charged me $65 for a tire rotation and balance. The entire experience showed little professionalism. Not sure if I will give them another try. I understand the dealership is owned by the same group that own’s Thomasville Toyota, Thomasville Toyota is excellent at service.

Good. However I was surprised and disappointed that employees were not wearing masks. I started coming to this dealership because the customer servixe wad so much better than Tallahassee Ford. The disregard for the overall safety of customers and employees is dissapointing and smells a little bit of a political lean. I will continue for now to patronize the establishment but will be paying attention to the business protocols.

Upgraded service center is nice

I had the works done and I've had it done about 3 or 4 times at this ford dealership. Usually, a rep lets me know about the status at the end but this time they skipped those details. The new upgraded service center is definitely much more comfortable.

I really appreciate your concierge shuttle service to and from my house. It really made my day a productive at home. Sometimes customers are hesitant to bring in a car because of the wait time in the waiting room. You eliminated that completely. Thanks again.
