Buying a new vehicle is never easy and the dealerships knows this. When they do small things that make this process even more stressful it makes for a questionable experience. I bought this truck sight unseen; that is on me; the rest of it is on the dealership. As I shopped for a good rate, I specifically asked them not to run it at my bank because I already had. Sure enough they did it anyway! Now there is an unnecessary additional hit on my credit. As I talked to the finance guy, he was quite engaged at first. As soon as I agreed to purchase the extended warranty, he couldn't get off the phone fast enough. We only talked about 15 minutes, but he told me he had other customers he needed to attend to. I guess my $60,000 wasn't a big deal to him. I asked him how much the warranty was and he said about $4,500. When I reviewed the numbers on the contract, it was $5,300! What a liar; you knew that. Under the hood it was so dirty/dusty I couldn't read the words on any of the battery, reservoirs, etc. To top all this off, I just got a notice in the mail that the delivery drivers got a speeding ticket in my name as they were driving to deliver it. Now I get to spend hours gathering the documentation, getting it notarized, and getting that in the mail to get this off my driving record. Jeremy (salesperson) was nice, but the rest of this experience confirms I would rather go to the dentist than buy a new vehicle. I'm not saying you shouldn't do business with this dealership, but you will definitely want to pay attention to the details of your deal.

I found the truck while looking online. The salesman, Jeremy, was very responsive and helpful. He answered all my questions and got all the additional pictures I asked for. Drove down on a Saturday. Got there earlier than expected (around 9:30) truck was washed and ready to test drive. We were done and out the door with it a little after lunch. Great dealership, great people and a great experience. Would highly recommend.
