VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

Hello, I was in contact with Giles for a Honda Crv. One week ago I ask to see the car it the car was not there (Body Shop or something else he didn't know). I received a message that the car was finally available. I set an appointment for 11am asking Giles if the car was on the lot and he conferm it. I was hour 1/15 away from my home and I want to make sure the availability. At 10.50 I suppose to meet George because Giles was not working but George was busy Than another Salesman shows up. I waited 30 min in the lobby. They had a problem to find the car... They do not know their inventory!!! The car was gone 1 week before the sold at the auction. I drove 2/1/2 hours just to find unprofessional staff working at the Park Ford. They apologized!!!

Absolutely top-notch customer service. Destin Laquerre, as always provided excellent overall service and a great experience consistently every time I have my vehicles serviced at Parks Ford. I would not take them anywhere else in the Wesley Chapel area. They treat customers the way you should be treated for service.

New 2022 F150 FX4 Purchase

I went to 6 different dealerships within the Tampa Bay area. Parks was the most consistent with pricing, and certainly the most flexible. I dealt with Greg Babcock throughout the process. I finally settled on an ordered F150. He called me the day it arrived. He spent most of the day with me test driving and discussing the vehicle. Their finance guy, Toni, was also great and worked to get me where I needed to be. Fantastic customer service at Parks Ford. I will be a repeat customer for years to come.

I visited Wesley Chapel Ford, looking to upgrade my F-150 to a F-250 for towing my travel trailer. My wife and I met Modesto, salesman on the lot. He gave us a warm greeting and asked how he could help. After looking at a number of different vehicles, we test drove one that I fell in love with. Modesto was professional and informative. We purchased the vehicle and had a great experience with the finance manager, as well. We love our truck!
