No pressure sales

Mack at Karl Flammer Ford took the time to help me find the right car for me, he showed me all the features of each car I wanted to look at and never pushed or pressured me at any time. I was so comfortable taking my time that I fell in love with the ford explorer. I didn't need to bring my big brother because Mack was there to give me a great price, I walked out with a better car then I thought I could afford at a lower price then I wanted to spend. I am so happy with my new car!!

A great 2009 Edge

I have been going to Karl Flammer for almost 20 years. Me and my brother both took our cars there to have work done on them. When it was time to get rid of my 1995 Thunderbird i went back there. I saw this Edge and I fell in love with it. They gave me a great deal on both my trade in and used Edge i bought. The sales and service people are very nice. I could not be happier with my Edge.

My salesman, Ted Chronis, was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with my purchase of a 2016 Ford F-150 Lariat. There were a couple of issues I had with my F-150 when it arrived at the dealership. He was more than helpful in getting them fixed to my satisfaction. So far, everyone at the Karl Flammer dealership has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

Our experience recently with Scott Gnong and the rest of the Karl Flammer team was outstanding! After shopping around at other dealerships for an Expedition, we decided to go to Karl FLammer. Scott was able to quickly locate exactly what I wanted and give me an amazing price right away that beat the competitor's price by a substantial amount...no need to negotiate! He and the rest of the Karl Flammer team made the entire car buying process as quick and painless as possible :-) From now on, we will be purchasing all of our future vehicles from Scott at Karl Flammer.

Sold vehicle Illegal Tint

Purchased a Ford Flex in 2009. It came with tint all around. Recently we were pulled over by a Sheriff's Deputy. She said our tint was illegal and it would have to be changed out to be legal. It was too dark. Called Jim Flammer to discuss, no call backs. Eventually the Customer Loyalty folks had the tint replaced at no cost to us. All of this time & hassle could have been avoided if the dealership had followed the law to begin with and installed legal tint on the vehicle. Fines for this type of non-moving violation seem to be around $100 plus. The Deputy used a tint measuring device to check the light. Not sure whether I would buy from them again. Good deal on the Flex.

Spectacular Lease

Overall my experience with leasing my '10 Ford Taurus was spectacular! My salesman was attentive, detailed and took the time to explore every question & concern I had. He also threw in an amazing upgraded package & made it work within my budget. I would definitely choose this dealership again if I had to do it all over again. I would recommend this dealership to my family, friends & coworkers of my fantastic experience. I will not go into the mind numbing details, suffice it to say that if I was sending my own mother to buy a car I would be comfortable with Karl Flammer Ford. Great Staff, Awesome product!
