Daniel was very quick to respond to my inquiries and provide a list of available vehicles that I might be interested in. It was extremely easy to setup a time to meet with Daniel based on "my” busy schedule. Interstate Ford has a great selection making it easy to test drive different vehicles until I found the one that suited me best. At no time did I feel pressured into making a buying decision. When I was ready to make a purchase Mike did a great job of finding me an even better interest rate than I had found after many hours of research. Buying a vehicle can be a daunting task but not when you get help from the great folks at Interstate Ford who live up to their reputation for being friendly and providing excellent customer service!

I bought my 4th vehicle from Stacia in 5 years. Why do I keep going back? Because I always get great service, She always takes time to understand exactly what I want and never tries to sell me what she happens to have. I always wrap up the deal with Q who does a fantastic job with financing and paperwork. Great Dealership, I have had a few conversations with the owner, truly nice, genuine people. Oh, Service Department....A+ rating there always!

In short here is a dealership that will not stand behind their customers. This one dealership has made if very clear to me that I need to build relationship with a deal. Because of these people I will never buy another vehicle without some sort of tie to the dealer. Which means I will be traveling back to ND to purchase my next vehicle from the dealer my father has been using for the last 65 years.
