Great Purchase Experience

Bought new Ford Lightning at Sonora Ford. Great experience overall. Since the Lightning is going for sticker price at most if not all dealers there was no price haggling so I cannot comment on that. We did get the usual push for add on protection plans but it was a soft sell and I did not feel overly pressured like I have at other dealers in the past. Our sales person Mike Nelson was very professional and helpful. The sale took a long time but I believe that is just how it goes with in person dealer purchases no matter what. Will not mention the brand but the last purchase we made before the Ford was done all over the internet and phone. It was a breeze and the car was delivered to our driveway. Some day all car sales will happen this way but for now the legacy process lives on with most brands. I had an issue with Sun Run shipping my 80 amp charger included in the original purchase. After 6 follow up calls to Sun Run and 2 months gone by I went back into Sonora Ford for assistance. The sales Manager was very supportive and proactive. He was on it same day and got a fire lit under someone's butt at Sun Run. Great after purchase support so far from Sonora Ford. I recommend this dealer for any one purchasing a Ford car from a dealer lot.

Great work and fast

AAA towed my F-150 to Sonora Ford. They received it, and I did not have to be there when vehicle arrived. They got it done in two days, even though we were in middle of severe snow storm. They allowed me to keep vehicle there for outlets of days until I could make it down the hill to pick it up. My F-150 now runs as it was brand-new.

Dishonest salesman!

They will tell you anything to make a sale. Bought the vehicle without seeing it (my mistake...I know!). Just trusting that the salesman was being honest. I probably would have bought the vehicle anyway but it would have been nice to have an honest salesman. Sent an email to the general manager about it and never got a reply. I would not recommend this dealership!
