Bad experience

I was looking for a pretty specific F150 with certain options which had been difficult to find. Keller called me and told me they found one for me and could get it for me. We worked out the details over the phone and told me all I needed to do was come down and do the paperwork. So I drove an hour to get to their dealership, I confirmed again they could get me the truck and they said yes. So I signed everything and gave them a 7k down payment check. Later that night I asked when the truck would be in town and their salesmen told me the manager called the other dealership and it was on hold for them to pick it up. The next morning I had not heard back so I called again and was now told they couldn't get me the truck because it is lifted and that costs more and now they couldn't find me another one like that. So I was told I'd have to go from the v8 to the 3.5 eco boost but they wouldn't honor the price I signed paperwork for and I would have to pay 2k more. Best part of all this...I told them to write void on my check and mail it back to me and was told they already deposited the check. So I had to pay my bank $30 to put a stop payment on the check. I asked why they would deposit it without having the truck and they told me because I didn't specify that to them in the deal. I did specify wanting my truck however.

Excellent Customer Service At Keller Ford, Hanford, CA

I had a Alternator go out and I called Keller Ford Service Dave Mendez. Dave told me to bring right over and I when I arrived Dave was waiting for me. Within a few minutes I had a estimate and shown to the waiting room for a cup of fresh coffee to wait for their Shuttle Driver Armando to take me home. Within a 2 hrs my truck was and ready and Amando picked me up. From my call to Dave Mendez who is the best in the business and the professional expertise of the technicians who repaired my truck I can't say enough. Every time I have had problems, I have only had the best of service. Won't trust anyone else. Keep up the "Great Job" and to Dave Mendez, you provide the best customer service in the business. Much appreciated!

Terrible Service

driving from Sacramento to Los Angeles my ford truck broke down. Got a motel and had it to Keller at 730am. They said they would look at it. 1pm it still is sitting in the parking lot. I had to go find someone to talk to, and he said they would TRY to look at it after lunch. I have been here 7hrs and have no idea where I will be staying tonight. The "Customer Lounge" has a broken TV and vending machines that wont take dollar bills. No one has even offered to drive me somewhere for lunch. Terrible service, they should be ashamed.

I purchased a 2014 Ford Expedition. I recentry took it in to have some minor work done on it. Jim in the service department was EXCELLENT. He kept me inform of everything being done. He made it a great experience. Matthew is a great sales person. I have purchased three vehicles with Matthew help. I am very pleased with Keller.

The only ding is that the tires were not rotated as requested in my previous visit. The technician even asked for the tire locks so it could be rotated. Apparently it was not. At the 35k routine maintenance, I was informed the rear tires need replacement, while the front tires are still 75% good. Had it been rotated the tire thickness would've roughly be the same.

Best truck shopping experience

First of all I have to say that it was a great experience to shop at Big Valley Ford. My wife and I went to three other dealerships before we went to BVF. At the other dealerships we either got a big line of you know what or felt pressured to buy ("what will it take to get you to buy it today?"). BVF was much more relaxed and we felt they were honest in there approach for selling the vehicle. They worked hard to find the specific truck we wanted but then suggested we order the truck and get exactly what we want. No pressure, friendly people and still bent over backwards to please us after the sale.

Absolutely Awful Service!!

Hands down the WORST dealership I've ever been to! Overpriced vehicles and the salesmen don't even act like they want to sell a vehicle. But that's not even the worst-- the service department has been giving me trouble for over a year. I bought my car in March of 2015. It was pre owned and had a couple of cosmetic issues, one being on the drivers side trim. They promised to repair the issues and said I would get a rental because I have no other vehicle. Three months later I still hadn't heard from them about fixing the due bills so I called yet again and they said they had no proof of a due bill on my vehicle. I was holding my copy in my hand. Weeks later and countless phone calls and I finally got them to find the paperwork. I had to bring the car in twice just to get them to look at the car and order parts. A month later the parts finally came in but I'm military and I left for training for a month. When I got back I was informed that they don't give rentals and it's up to me to pay for a rental for two or more days so that they could fix my car. Meanwhile the Sync stereo system started malfunctioning and so did the air conditioning system and they told me my bumper to bumper warranty wouldn't cover them troubleshooting the issue. They said I would have to pay for a rental or I had the option to wait until my fiancé went out of town to use his car. Now that the damaged piece broke off and scraped the side of my car they're saying it's my fault for not giving them the chance to fix it. I'm military and I'm GONE for months out of the year! It was promised to me that the issue would be fixed within a month of purchase.

Bought a new Ford Edge 2016 by ordering it

This was the first time I ordered a vehicle, not buying off the car lot. I meet with the sale man and we looked at 2015 models and colors. We then went back to his office and looked at the 2016 models online. After deciding on the model type, color and features the order was placed. The Edge arrived about nine weeks later. The dealer detailed the car and provided finance information with dealer deiscounts and I drove my new car off the lot. I am so happy with my purchase.

Great Service

On a recommendation from an acquaintance, I took my Ford F-250 to Big Valley Ford for service in late 2014. I've had one major service (transmission) and multiple oil changes and minor service performed. Every service has been a very pleasant experience because: they're knowledgeable, provide straightforward answers and recommendations, fair pricing and services performed are complete and timely.
