Beware, we took the 2017 dodge big horn for a test drive and noticed the truck was creeping left to right 0n its on . Questioned the sales person Adam Parker about this and at first he said he didnt feel it ,and then after feeling it several times he finally said he did . when we had gotten back to the dealer ship i checked the tire, and found that the front right tire was cuffed pretty bad and one on the back was almost slick in the middle, we asked if they were going to put tires on it, he said he would bring it up to the sales manager which you should really beware of . when we started talking about the truck the issue about the tires came up , they wanted us to buy the truck as it was , Of course that was not going to happen, well before we left the lot , the sales manager who was employed by Mark Mason the owner of the dealer ship came out to stop us before we left and wanted to work something out. To really look at this dealer as a whole without going into a lot of details, we had to purchase part of the cost for tires, every car comes with 2 keys, well we were told if they only had 1 key we had to purchase the second key for 400.00 dollars and they had to order it . well when we were finalizing the deal after paying some on the tires and adding the price of the keys to the price of the truck, the sales manager brought a key into the finance office and told the finance person to charge us 400.00 dollars to the price of the truck . we had gotten home my wife had noticed that the key he had charged us for was a used key not a new one . Then we called the sales manager about the used key that was suppose to be new and some items such as the back up camera , and the brake assist, and rear back up sensors and the under the hood light that was on the list of items that came on the truck. well the sales manager said he was not going to do anything about it. I have put this on earlier but it was taken off but mark mason can keep on taking it off but i will continue to put it back on .We will put it on face book tomorrow and other places . This review want stay on this web site long before it will be taken off again . DONT BE FOOLED BY THIS DEALER SHIP , YOU WORK HARD FOR YOUR M0NEY LIKE WE DO ! Its a long term commitment when buying a truck now days. i just wonder how many people paid the price for a second key as we did wondering if the key had already belong to that vehicle already or was charged for a new key and had gotten a used key.
