The sales team at Hendrick was responsive when I was looking to purchase a used vehicle. However, 2 months into ownership with a 3 month warranty and two major problems the sales team will not return calls with questions I have concerning where I can get the car serviced to correct the problems. I live two hours away from Concord. Since it has a warranty and an extended warranty their lack of response is a reflection of their poor customer service. I would take my business elsewhere if you're in the market for a used vehicle.

We took off work early to see a particular car. We got there and were greeted almost immediately. We liked our sales mans and he was not pushy. Like any car buying we were there for 3 hours. This process needs to speed up. The big issue is they didn't really seem interested in selling a car. Asked them if I do buy I want the used car to be cleaned well. We pointed out several spots. None of these spots were cleaned. Overall it was satisfactory. I would not go there again.

Went into the dealership to get information about the new Alpha Romero C4 that hasn't arrived and to see what I could get for my trade in. While I was there this Corvette caught my eye. When I asked Tutsis about it they asked me if I wanted to test drive it. After the eat dive, file we were negotiating a deal, they low-balled me on my trade, and when I connected offered, the sales manager decided to insult me, saying "did you just want to test drive the car and your not serious about buying it". Not only was I was very serious about buying a car, they were the one to offer me to test drive it. I walked out very very [non-permissible content removed] off. I'll never walk into that dealership again.

I came just looking for information and a test drive, with no intention to buy. I was bracing myself for another relentless sales pitch, like the ones I have experienced many places before. What was my pleasant surprise when I was met with respectful professionalism and knowledgeable attention. The agent (Terri) made me feel very comfortable and in control of the deal. What a refreshing difference! Terri provided all the information necessary for me to fully experience the car, and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns in detail. As a matter of fact, the entire dealership had the same helpful attitude and worked together as a seamless team. I was happy to drive away with a new car in under three hours on New Year's Eve. I think this dealership should serve as a model for customer service. If you shop there, definitely ask for Terri and you will have a satisfying customer experience.

I recently purchased a 2006 Z06 from Hendrick Fiat of Concord. I have purchased 36 vehicles since I was 16 years old and never had a better experience. John Black was a very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was fair on the price met my all my expectations. My only stipulation on delivery of the car was that the vehicle would be detailed to my satisfaction and it was. I will always be indebted to John for making my life long dream become a reality. Kelley W Product Specialist at the FIAT of Concord location was the most friendliest sales person I have ever met. She seemed very interested in my needs and what options I wanted with the vehicle.
