Brought truck in with engine light on. Taylor, one of the service Representatives, Diagnosed problems with #one cylinder. Closer diagnosed; Fuel Induction needed service, recommended new spark plugs. As diagnosed I accepted responsibility for the work to be done on the vehicle. Taylor one of service people and also Leonardo another service individual were professional and helpful with the diagnosis of my vehicle. Took recommendation and let them perform needed tasked on the engine. After receiving vehicle, went for test drive and everything was normal as it was before. So thank you Taylor and Leonardo for being so professional and helpful with the diagnosis and repair of my vehicle. Faithfully a true customer Rudolph Myers.

My service advisor was very courteous, helpful and professional. My only complaint is even after scheduling a service appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, it took much longer than my usual experience at Mike Smith CJD.

Horrible dealership

I took my ram 2500 gas engine problems and said they fixed it and charged me $464 and refused to give me a refund. I brought it back and wrote a bad review after that they called me and asked me to pick my truck up that they weren’t going to fix it. This dealership is full of young people that need to be in another business. They are rude and don’t care anything about the customer. I really don’t see how they stay in business. I would go anywhere but the dealership for anything, they are full of [non-permissible content removed]
