All the staff were personable and helpful. Most of the staff I encountered went out of their way to say hello and ask if I needed anything. Very professional and genuine group of salesman. Overall good experience. My salesman Manny was outstanding and went above and beyond to meet my needs.

The used car was well prepared; the sales staff had the car out front to show at the appointment time. While the whole experience was a bit fast-paced, I did not feel rushed, as I had done my homework on the car. I requested a copy of the service report for Barbera pre sale maintenance and received it in the mail.

The staff are very attentive to the customers. They know that it can take a long time to process an application, so they offer snacks and drinks, and sit with you while you wait. Being there for quite a few hours didn't seem so long.
