Ruby my sales lady was knowledgeable, funny and very down to earth. Which makes all the difference to me. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. This is my first used car or car deal. So I was a little in the wind. The overall experience was professional as well. Being in retail I know good and bad salesmanship when I see it. It was nice meeting Mr. Underwood as well. I liked that he went above and beyond getting me a second key AND programming it at no cost to me. There were some cosmetic issues with my car that couldn't be dealt with, but he did what he could with my key. And that means the world to me.
