Wonderful Experience

Working with the staff at Performance was a wonderful experience! My entire family was involved in the car selection process and the staff was just as professional to my two small children as they were to myself. When I left the lot the final time in my new vehicle, I was a little sad, because the salesmen and managers had become 'family'. There was no pressure, and I feel that I was well taken care of. I do still call/email the sales guys to ask questions about my vehicle, and they are prompt and courteous in returning my calls. I look forward to getting my oil changes there in the future, just so I can go and visit the 'friends' that I made during this process. (Will R., Kevin K., and Kevin D. were phenomenal to work with!!) THANK YOU!!!!

I have been working with this dealership since 2005 and have purchased one and leased four other vehicles through them. They work actively with you and have a considerable amount of flexibility to make the sale and also make you happy in what you want. While many say dealers are out to "screw" you, I have never walked away with that feeling. Despite knowing they've made their money too. These guys are top-rate!

Ok experience

I love the Wrangler I bought there. This was my first experience with the Baxter/Performance line of dealerships and sadly it was the best by being mediocre. There were paperwork issues with the car that I had to come back and fix. I felt a little pushed by several people and when I spoke with the sales manager they said to pound sand. My following to experiences with their dealerships, Baxter Ford and Jeep, both went down hill until this latest car I actually took back and got my old car back. Never going back, I will drive to Woodhouse before giving them my money.

Performance Chrysler Dodge Jeep Does Allright By Me

We were looking for a new 2008 Jeep Liberty Limited and after checking out the websites of six Jeep dealers in our area, Performance had the biggest selection and was the only one that had at least one Liberty equipped the way we wanted it...SelecTrac 2 4WD system, Skyslider, trailer towing package, and MyGig entertainment system. I went to Performance with a firm price quote from another dealer on an '08 Liberty that did not have either SelecTrac 2 and the trailer towing package and not only did they have a Liberty equipped the way I wanted it and in a color I liked better, they matched the other dealer's price and gave me a $100 gas card to boot! From my experience, I feel that the good folks at Performance went all out to make sure I got what I wanted and I am a very satisfied customer!

Fantastic experience. I bought exactly what I was looking for, for a fair price, and got a good price for my trade. Only bad experience was a pushy accessories salesman trying to add-on items after purchase.
