Quirk Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram FIAT of Bangor

Purchasing my brand new jeep went well and was a positive experience. No Pressure. Nice people. Plus, I was assured that they would have my back since I bought new and from them. However, less than 2 months later, when I had a flat I found out that the vehicle didnt come with a jack. Ok maybe I should have realized that. I knew there was no spare, but I really thought it would come with a jack. Ok, no matter, it does come with free towing. But surprise! It will only be towed for free only to the nearest jeep dealership, which is closed on Saturdays and is over an hour away. It cannot be towed to the open tire shop 5 min down the road, unless I want to pay $178 for the tow. OK, no matter, my vehicle insurance has free towing and roadside assistance. Surprise! When I traded in my old vehicle and gave the Quirk dealership my insurance info so they could call the insurance company and transfer the trade in's insurance to my new car, they didnt actually do that. Double surprise! Quirks says I am the one at fault for not making sure that they really transferred my insurance over and that they are not legally responsible to do anything to rectify this. So, a blown tire on a brand new vehicle (VIP says the tire was defective because it tore straight down a groove) cost me a days pay (never made it to work) and a tow and a new tire. Total about $350. And you know, I wouldnt even be mad if I had at least received any sort of "wow sorry about the insurance thing, let us pay for your tow." But, no. All I got was a big run around, eventually told it was my fault, and ALOT of wasted time. Tire blew at 8 AM. Finally towed and got new tire at 4 PM. I wont be recommending Quirk to anyone. Quirk apparently doesnt understand how to build customer relations.
