what started out to be a good car buying experiance,turned bad quick.when we bought the used car from( auffenberg chrysler of herrin),we received the usual perks.free tank of gas,oil change plus free car wash.later i found out what was suppose to be a one owner car wasnt,new tires ment almost new,and after nine months, we still havent received the title to our car.the dealership gave us the old excuse( its tide up in paper work). the bank and the illinois dmv havent seen the title yet and their not happy !!!!!!
