I just purchased a 2019 Scat Pack charger! I had great customer service from Roberto Venturini. I went to Rick Hendrick Looking for a Pre owned Jeep Renagade and ended up with a 2018 Jeep Ren. The Staff was Amazingly Polite Kind and helpful. There were a few Hiccups but my Sales Women Sharon Hester was extremely kind and everything was sorted out. I would Recommend this dealership (just bring a snack for the wait).

Christopher Blackwood kept calling me and telling me how he could get me a great deal. I did not believe him, but to stop him from continuing to call, I went down to Hendrick Dodge to find out. Well, he did just what he said he would do. He did it as a professional. This is my third car with Hendrick Dodge and my first with salesman Christopher Blackwood. We were helped by Kenmore "Gabriel" Valentine. After little to no time we could tell he wasn't trying to "sell" us anything. He was genuinely going to help us however he could whether that included selling us a car or not. My wife and I were extremely impressed with Gabriel's dedication to have a job while going to nursing school at Georgia State. On a side note, I traded in my vehicle with the help of a nice individual by the name of Rich who also showed great care in our situation. I happened to leave something (a special note from my wife) in the visor of my old car and came back the following day, Sunday, to see if I could hopefully still get it out. Gabriel was the 1st one at the dealership after being the last one to leave the night before, I know this because we were the last ones to leave, along with Kwanzi who was great and also is Russell Westbrook's doppelganger HA! All in all we had a great experience, and I would highly recommend anyone going to see Gabriel on Pleasant Hill for an awesome experience!
