Horrible Customer Service

by Wayne on 04/28/2021

Was looking to purchase a 2021 Ram 2500 Laramie. Worked with Nichole and special ordered the truck configuration I wanted. Nichole and dealership were very friendly and accommodating. After speding $80,000 on a new truck and taking delivery, I noticed that a portion of one of the packages that was ordered with the truck, was missing. I sent Nichole an email asking about it and owI could get the parts that were missing. She said she would check in to it. A week and a half later, I had not received any response and I again emailed asking about the parts. No response. I sent an email to the managing part of the dealership, explaining the situation and that I had no response from my salesperson on the issue and again, I have not received a response. Beware of this dealership! They treat you like gold until they have your money and they don't want to have anything to do with you. Extremely poor after sale customer service, at both the sales and management level. I will never do business with this dealership again and I suggest anyone else take their business elsewhere. Too bad for this dealer too. My wife was in the market for a new car and we were going to look in to getting her something from here, because of the initial good experience I had... but not now. They lost out on another new vehicle sale because of their poor customer service.

Gave Me The Car They Felt I Deserved - Switched Jeep Wranglers on me.

by souljournerone on 03/13/2018

Went to purchase a Jeep Wrangler, test drove and decided on car ending in VIN 40; Sean then gave me the car he thought I deserved - as he admitted to Corporate. Upon leaving the dealership after 9:30 it was so dark and they were running so fast they left me in the lot alone. This is when I realized locks were broken, it had no navigation system, did not have the two tops, the carpet was torn up, wires were showing, and much more. Upon driving home I made a sudden top and empty soda cans rolled from the back of the wrangler. Tried for months through Jeep Wave, Corporate and the dealership to correct this to no avail. Apparently they have no respect for Corporate or for Corporate Management. I have been cursed out by the dealership, made to come to the dealership and wait for hours only to be verbally attacked by the "people in charge". Told to go to hell, lied to and told the car was already financed when it actually was not financed until 11 days later. The back of the top is pushed in and when I took it for the first oil change they had to look at the paperwork twice as that dealership thought it was a used car. Upon taking them to court their lawyer, Steve Press, had it transferred to Gwinnett county court and it should have stayed in my county or in the county the dealership is located. Their lawyer than tried to do an arbitration with them as the claimants as if I owed them money, an arbitration not ordered by the courts. I, a 66 year old Black female, is Pro Se and is constantly disrespected by the people who should be seeking justice for me. Everyone cannot afford a lawyer. It is unfortunate as I am going through emotional and physical stress as a result of same. I need the car I initially picked out, except I am sure that is gone. I want a new car like I originally chose, the money for all the payments and gas that has been spent on the car Sean felt I deserved, and pain for the deprivation, pain an emotional duress created by the dealership, Sean, and now their lawyer who tried to take me to an arbitrator as the respondent. This is incredulous that in this day and time I must seek justice as a result of open, accepted discrimination. 1 is the lowest rating available.

Wagner is the bomb

by Christian on 06/30/2017

Wagner was our salesman and he went above and beyond our expectations! We spent 2 days trying to get in the right car on the right deal. Wagner never gave up nor did he get frustrated with us. He was upfront and honest about everything. We will definitely be back to see Wagner for our next purchase

Bait & switch! How are they still open?

by NicoleB on 10/31/2016

AUgust 20th transaction - My sales guy was good, but everything after dealing with him has been pure hell. I wanted to lease a 2016 grand cherokee with a trade in. The sales mgr had no desire to work with me, & not being desperate to get my first car note (previous vehicles paid cash for) I was ready to walk out with you old car, no problem. I was under the conclusion that sales & finance accepted my negotiated offer, & i left in accepted great truck. A week later finance calls me to say my interest rate dropped & i needed to sign new ppwk. Well when I get there, I'm told he "misread" the numbers & my rate increased, back to where I'd negotiated from! Pissed, I signed new ppwk. Fast forward wks later when my note should be due & i haven't received any ppwk, I call the finance company, & they have no record of an acct. NO ACCOUNT. So I finally talk to someone at the dealership, & they say it's true, my truck still isn't financed excuse he contract has so many errors it hasn't been accepted by Chrysler. WHAT?!! Now we're into the end of September, & I'm so confused & stressed out because this can't be real life. I called Chrysler again & knew something was wrong when the lady kept telling me to just go to the dealership to "get an understanding", as there was so much STILL wrong with the contract submissions that Chrysler still hasn't accepted the contract but now I'm receiving a letter saying I was denied financing because the account is void! Then the no customer service having sales mgr starts blowing me up saying I need to come sign new ppwk, & i refused. At this point, I was ready to give the truck acknowledge, get my car & down payment back. When I went to return the truck it ook everything in me not to go off because my sales guy was confused & in the dark, the sales mgr (Bruce) was a jerk, & the only person who gave me any answers was Jimmy, the finance mgr. He went thru line by line with everything that was wrong on my contracts (I signed 2, remember). He apologized, gave me my car back, my down Mt back, no issues. Here it is on Halloween & I'm yet still waiting for my title of my old car!!! I iterally don't see how they are still in business!!! Do NOT waste your time or money here!!

Run.... Fast

by Gwwise1997 on 05/07/2016

Read the reviews. They are not wrong. After making a deal to trade a vehicle and helping them on a slow day I thought the deal was done. Turns out the trade did not payoff. I called for 2 weeks with no return calls from sales, finance,,or management. When I finally got someone I find that the reason for this is the contract not being funded due to list paperwork. A plan was struck to resolve and then again no follow up. Admittedly heated I called the dealer frustratating and driving the vehicle back. The new gm said that would be good as it was a bad deal for them. Funny, it was a great deal for them when calling me. Now. I am floored. Being in the car business for many years I can, understand they did not make a few grand on me. But it is still a deal y'all did and still a customer. No concern to lost customers. The new gm was smug enough to tell us he just got there and not his problem. It was no veiled threat. I did not want my trade. I wanted my truck but I gladly took my trade back and Will go to buy my new one from a dealer that will at least pretend to have an ounce of service. It is worth it to not give them any business. Your money is all they want and they could not care to have service. Go elsewhere for your own sanity.
