We had a really great experience buying a used Jeep Cherokee this last week! We went in knowing what we wanted and had a budget. The sales man showed us a vehicle that fit our targets all the way around. We appreciated that there wasn't any pressure type over selling tactics. The car buying experience here has been elevated and modern and has taken into consideration that many consumers have done their homework and are knowledgeable given all the online information available and the fact that you can buy your cars online today. I felt that they respected our knowledge and therefore we were able to have more meaningful communication about the actual SUV for our needs versus negotiations. We were able to make the purchase right away which we wanted. Everyone from the Salesman and the Sales Manager to the Finance Manager were professional, and made the process easy, quick and very pleasant. We felt great about the buying experience here and would definitely buy again from them!

The reason I bought from Garavel and a Ram 1500 was because of the expert knowledge and time spent to address all my concerns and questions. Like many truck buyers, I was comparing the Ram against the F150. I had a very specific use for a truck and had specific needs for payload capacity. Neal Bournique, salesman, worked extensively with me to answer all of my many questions and even contacted Ram regional corporate office to make sure all questions were fully addressed. His service was excellent. They also gave me a good price on my trade in vehicle. I liked the Ram very much, hands down the best interior, technology and luxury vs any other truck. It is also a very capable truck to do the job. The service at Garavel and sales staff is excellent.
