Why Go Anywhere Else!

We recently purchased a used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Papa's Jeep. in our "decades" of car purchasing, this was by far the best experience we have ever had. The professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and kindness of virtually everyone we came in contact with was outstanding. Our salesperson Przemek, the sales manager Jeff, service manger Kyle, and finance manager Jeff treated us like family. The facilities at Papa's surpass all others, and a visit just to look around is worth the trip. They have a huge inventory, and tremendous facility. If you are in the market for a new or used Chrysler product, don't waste your time elsewhere, do yourself a tremendous favor and go straight to Papa's Chrysler, Dodge Jeep first.

For someone relatively inexperienced with car leasing, John Ward and the team at Papa's made the process so easy, being very informative and friendly without a high-pressure sale. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle. I love my Jeep Renegade and am super happy with it!

I was spending many hours dealing with the same old song when it came to making a deal on a new vehicle. It was after a two week painful search I found Papa's Dodge. Evan Monikowski, Internet sales associate, was one of the most knowledgeable individuals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was never overwhelming and very professional at all times during the process and was able to quickly point me in the right direction related to one of the best deals I have had for some time now when purchasing a New Vehicle. I would recommend Papa's team to anyone looking for a "No Pressure" approach to making the right decision on a used or new vehicle purchase.

One summer day I decided to find out more about the Jeep Wrangler and Przemek was so kind to educate me throughly. He alos let me know when I was ready he could also provide me quote on my trade in when ready. Five months went by and he never bothered me about purchasing. After having a bad experience with another dealership I decided to email Przemek. Working with Finance and Przemek was an absolute pleasure no games and I never felt rushed in anything. It is wonderful to know there are still honest and caring individuals still around. :)

He again explained every step that was being taken in the process of my purchase. Gary spent the time to explain what was happening. Al G.,salesman on allen st ,used car lot told me 13000 out the door,then it comes to find out,he lied about it,and gave me a huge attitude,do not buy anything from this dealer,you get treated like crap,i for one will be takeing my business to Roberts dodge for now on!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are a car person, Papa's is the place to go. They have sales and staff that love and collect cars. Gary, whom I dealt with has 7 vehicles and restores and builds street rods. I have been enjoying cars for over 50 years, so for me talking to a car person means a lot. I have been to many Dealers in which I have known more about the cars they are selling than they do. The actual dealer show room at Papa's is part showroom, part museum. Where else can you see an original Plymouth Superbird or an original 1970 Hemi Challenger amongst the newer models. I did shop around for price and they are definitely the best. I have bought two new cars from them in the last twelve months.

Today I walked into Papas Dodge to pick up my 2009 dodge caliber for a small repair. Then I saw a bright red 2013 dodge dart. Well I was hooked. I then walked over to my favorite sales person Gary C. After a very short discussion with Gary I ended up purchasing that beautiful red 2013 dodge dart. We also own a 2010 dodge Dakota and 2010 dodge caliber Gary C. sold those vehicles to us also. Gary C. is the nicest person that my husband and I have ever met. I give Gary C. an A plus plus rating. Joann Beeny Berlin Ct

I was interested in purchasing a car from this dealership, seeing as this is my first time. I filled out an application for the guaranteed credit application and was told that since it was my first time I would be eligible for auto financing but I would need a down payment. I told them that I would be more than happy to put a downpayment on the car. I was so excited when he told me I was approved, but then he offered me the most cheapest car on the lot and told me I was not eligible for any other to my dissapointment. He then said if I come back later there would be more cars for me to choose from. So I call and I am told that the previously mentioned 2,000 downpayment is now impossible they in fact want 3,500 down on a car for 6,995 dollars. I told the gentleman Shamrock he called himself that it was ridiculously high it was in fact %50 down and I was not happy. He told me he had no time to talk with me and that he would have Jeff call me back. He never called, so the following day I call telling him that I would like to be a customer with them. I would like to purchase a car and the amount I would feel comfortable putting down is in fact 1,000 dollars, maybe we can work something out. He tells me that no I can not get a car from anywhere with that amount and that he will not be working with me, I asked him if I could speak with Jeff, that it would be really be great to work out a deal and he tells me that there is nothing he wishes to work out with me and that Jeff is unavailable. He then hangs up on my face rudely. I feel like I was treated horribly. Like I no longer wish to even attempt to put a down payment down, I would rather save my money and go buy a brand new car sometime in September. I was treated horribly and lied to about the original quoted price. I was not even listened to or valued as a customer. He made me feel like [violative content deleted]. I will never recommend anyone else to go there.

Bought a "pre-owned" vehicle in excellent condition. The sales rep, Ray, went out of his way to facilitate things and was very friendly. Think the finance person could had given a bit of a break on the price and offered a bit more on my trade-in, but accepted the internet price as listed. There was a delay with my bank account, but accomodations were made to make sure the purchase went through. During the process Ray was on the phone with me frequently. All the personnel were helpful and friendly. A variety of warantees were offered. One of the more interesting was free tires, batteries and key replacement for life for a small fee and for using their repair service. Altogether a good experience.

As a woman I was reluctant to purchase a car on my own but I was pleasantly surprised. Papas Dodge has great customer service & a beautiful facility. I am very happy with my purchase and my experience with them....A.J. Maida is the best!!!
