Don't expect help from the finance director

3 1/2 years ago I went down to York Dodge. I had just sold my second home I had some extra cash so I decided to buy my dream Jeep. 4 door Hard Rock Rubicon with about $10K in extras plus the lifetime warranty at about $3,800. On Oct. 25th while coming back from a hunting trip an Oil rig inspection truck rear ended me at about 50+mph . I survived but the jeep did not. The insurance would not pay for extras or the cost of the warranty. I talked to Dan Zorich the finance director for York, sent him the copy of title and forms from the insurance show that the jeep was a total loss, the title showed there was no lien holder. These were sent about Dec 28th. I was told that I would get about about 1/2 the money back. The form I sent had my current address. After waiting about a month I still had not received any money. I sent Dan and email Jan 28 asking what was up. I received no response. The latter part of February I finally was able to reach him by phone. He gave me a story about needing to wait until a few weeks to turn in my paper work to Mopar because he had to be sure there was no lien holder. He send the paper work in about the middle of January and Mopar takes a few weeks to issue the checks so I should just be patient. Well I finally got through to Mopar. No paper work was ever sent to them. They say the dealership canceled the policy electronically from the dealership on the 28th Jan. They sent the check out to the only address they had on file, where I lived when I bought the Jeep. I haven't lived there for 2 years. So now things are good I just have to wait another 2 weeks for a new check to issue. I do have an issue with lairs. Especially those that deal with your money. Dan basically dropped the ball on sending in my paper work. When I sent the email asking about things he hurried and canceled the policy from the dealership without updating my address. Then hoped the problem would go away. When finally got him on the phone He lied to cover up what he had done. I am glad I don't live by Prescott anymore I love Mopar products but I no longer trust York

The staff at york dodge are wonderful. Second vehicle i have purchased from them in 3 months. One for me and one for my daughter. Tommy was my sales agent and he is wonderful. Dealt with him both times.

Not fair with trade in

Offered us $45000 for our 2016 Ram truck we bought from them, then advertised it for $56800 on their website. They would budge on trade in value even though we were buying a vehicle from them.

JP was my salesman. he was wonderful to work with. he really listened to what I wanted in my new vehicle. We actually went over finances first before we even looked at new cars at my request. we discussed my actual driving needs and terrain I travel and what kind of mileage I drive. We did look at several cars before I decided. He actually recommended the Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk as an option . I really loved it when I drove it. The financial process went very efficient. the warranties were wonderful. When I brought the Trail Hawk home, my husband was so impressed. He said this vehicle is great choice for my driving needs and loved the sporty look of it. All and All my experience with York Dodge Chrysler Jeep was fantastic. thanks so much

Right before Christmas, grandkids coming, and my husband wants a new truck. I told our salesperson, Tory, exactly how I wanted the deal to happen. And she made it work! Everything went smoothly, and I was able to get back to the holidays and my family in less than a couple of hours!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our Big Horn truck. Jeff Simpkins was attentive to our needs without making us feel smothered. Jeff was very patient while we toiled over 3 different trucks. We finally completed the deal about 1.5 hours after closing. Jeff stayed positive and up beat the whole time. Dan in finance kept his time short and sweet. I am very impressed with our York experience.

I was in the market for a new truck and had 2 dealerships in Phx give me pricing on Identical trucks thinking I would get a better deal in Phoenix. I was WRONG, York worked a much better deal and was so easy to deal with. Steven Kevorkian is a excellent, no nonsense salesman! I will use him for any future vehicle purchase.:) If you would like to take the hassle out of buying a car I would strongly recommend York Dodge and Steven Kevorkian.

Walked into York Chrysler/Jeep dealership in Prescott and met Tommy Moy, one of their best salesmen. The next day returned with my wife for a test drive and bought the Jeep. Next morning picked up our new Cherokee after a complete explanation and demonstration of this car by Mr. Moy. This was a great experience and so glad we went to York to get our new Jeep Cherokee.
