2023 Jeep Rubicon Warranty Repair

Two Words (unbelievably disappointing). Dropped it off on a Monday no word from dealer all week. Called 4 times on Friday for update. No word from our service advisor. Finally called back and had the receptionist run him down and he lied and told us that the Jeep Rep had spoken to their mechanic and they advised him to tell us it would take 3 - weeks to fix the problem. When I asked him what the problem was he said he didn’t know nor did he know what work had been done to date if any. Had him pull the ticket and they had not done a thing to our Jeep.

Upper Radiator hose repair

Not happy with service. I found water on passenger side of the floor. Know one inform me about this. Also my vehicle was was there form Monday until Thursday morning until they replace The hose. I had purchase all the parts and told The service person they were inside the van. And vehicle wasn’t clean and through the car wash. I have been doing business since 1995 service isn’t the same.
