Friendly and excellent Customer Attention

I purchased a 2022 Ram 1500 Laramie with 3.0 V6 Turbo Ecodiesel engine. At first Crenwelge did not have the vehicle I wanted in stock. The sales consultant was very attentive to the truck specs I was looking for and in less than an hour he found the truck in stock at another dealership. I gave $1000 deposit to show my commitment and Crenwelge proceeded to trade and bring the truck to Fredericksburg. The deal and paperwork, including a trade in, were "painless" and experienced no pressure to add to add items to increase purchase price. The $5,000 rebate from Stellantis was very welcome.

Our Jeep would not start and would not take a battery charge. It had to be towed in to the dealership - they found a defective battery and it was replaced with no charge to us. We are very satisfied.
