Very Rude Salesman

we went to KINGCOTTON in Covington tn. 3 different times in about 2 weeks we talked to 3 different salesman and honestly I wouldnt buy crap from these people first their cars are way to high and the 3 salesman we talked to us like we were [non-permissible content removed] on the bottom of their shoes. thats not the way to treat customers especially customers who are planning on paying cash for a SUV. I woould rather fix up my old truck rather than buy from these people well i guess delta chevrolet will get our bussiness Dont Buy from KINGCOTTON it would be the worst mistake of your life even their sales circulars u get in the mail where u scratch off the little spot where u win some little something well guess what its a scam [non-permissible content removed].

VERY CONSISTENT

This is my FIFTH car purchased from this dealership; four of them have been Jeeps (for myself & my kids). Sales staff was very honest & forthright-even if they knew it meant I would walk away without buying the same day. Had a few problems months after the sale (as Jeeps are prone to do sometimes) & the SALESMAN actually got involved and expedited the repair ! By comparison-I bought a car from Sunrise in Memphis and the salesman didn't remember me 5 days after the sale. This dealership seems to understand that there's a bigger picture than just getting the car out the door. Our family now buys at this dealership exclusively.
