We traded in a vehicle that we only owed 7200 @ 6% rate. they went to an auction to find the vehicle we wanted. Well we got pre approved thats why they went to the auction supposely. We did our paper work drove vehicle for a whole month then they said loan fell threw to bring vehicle back , but we could not get our vehicle we trade in because they already paid it off. Now what dealership says you are approved everythings good and then pays off your vehicle if they knew it was not iron clad deal. so we got attorney and other things still do not have a vehicle renting one. Wife is scared to even get another vehicle right know till this is done. So who got screwed?!!!!!!!!!!!!
