He was a great salesman! I have to say I would of never bought a Jeep without him being so knowledgable, thank you South Shore for giving such great service and for having an excellent salesman like Mr. Rubio! I was tired of my old car and leasing hands down is the best decision I ever made.

I needed a new car for my Dad. His old lease was up with Toyota. Larry was really great with my dad. He handled him with kid gloves. He took his time going though all the paper work .Then he sat with my dad showing him everything in the car. My father was so happy when he left the dealership. I would recommend everyone to ask for Larry. He is the kind of car dealer you want to deal with. He really cares about your needs and in this world today that means more then everything. He had us sit with Javier and I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction. Thank you Larry you made it all so simple for my dad.

Me and my husband went to Southshore after seeing a certified used car on the website. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Ray Reid. He made this whole process a headache free experience. From his pleasant and friendly attitude this was the best dealership sales rep that I have encountered. My husband and I were treated very well every step of the way. From checking out the vehicle, test driving and all the paperwork, Ray Reid was there assisting. He was so helpful, we couldn't ask for anyone better. I would like to thank Ray Reid and also Javier (finance rep) for there help and guidance. Long story short we brought the car.

From the moment my husband and I walked into this dealership looking to purchase a certified used car, we were greeted by Ray Reid who helped us the entire time. Southshore has some great staff members working for them. We were lucky enough to have Ray Reid assist in the process of purchasing the car. He treated us like a friend and and made this process so easy-going. We had such a pleasant experience here at Southshore and that is in part to there excellent staff. Ray Reid went thru the whole process with us, taking care of us every step of the way. Thanks to Ray Reid and Javier we walked out with a certified used car. Ray Reid even called the next day to see how the car was and how we are enjoying the purchase. Can not say enough about this place. No headaches, no hassle. First off I would like to tell anyone who goes to this dealership to ask for the sales associate named Christian! He is amazing and he actually cares about helping his customers and not only trying to make a deal. I came to this dealership several times and dealt with a lot of different associates and Christian is by far the best! Also when comes time to finance the vehicle ask for Javier. I’ve had bad experience with this dealership in the past and also decided to go somewhere else but these two actually took the time to help us get the car we wanted.

Horrible service

My sales rep was really nice and caring but when it came time to deal with the finance manager that was another story. I felt like we didn’t matter to them even though we had already leased a Durango through them and we’re looking to obtain another vehicle with them. Long story short we will not be coming back here and I most definitely will not be referring anyone I know to this dealership.

Poor Communication/ Over Priced.

I went in the dealership to look at a car they have for sale on their lot for the last 599 days. The car is way over priced for what 2016 models are going for, they won’t negotiate on the price. They list the car as new but no one can lease the vehicle due to the car being 3 years old, you’re never given the option to lease it like a brand new 2019 vehicle. They couldn’t find the vehicle after searching their small lot, the salesman said it was probably in service for repair do to someone hitting the car moving it around the parking lot. After salesmen searched the lot and service department, to no avail of finding it, he found out the car was taken home for the weekend by another sales manager/ sales person who was using it for a car show and personal use.

After being told my 11 year old truck wasn’t worth repairing my husband and I headed over to Southshore Jeep. We picked it because it was local. We stayed because they were wonderful. Michael Lucas was our sales consultant and after discussing my wants he came up with several options for the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Not only did I test drive the Cherokee but a wrangler as well, because I’ve always wanted to So he let me take one for a spin. After working out a great deal on the car I wanted we met with June Torres the business manager to arrange financing. He was professional and kind and worked hard to get us the deal we needed to be able to drive the car off the lot. Southshore Jeep made getting a new car fun and easy.

The worst car buying experience of my life

I am 50 years old and have bought or leased cars for over 25 years now, and I have never experienced worse service than South Shore Jeep dealership. I experienced problems with my Jeep Cherokee within days of driving off the lot and this dealership could not have been less responsive. I left no less than 10 messages for the business manager June Torres (both voice mail and with the receptionist) and he never once returned my call. It has been over 30 days since I bought the car and my temporary registration has expired, and I still can not get someone at the dealership to help me find out what the hold up is. Overall, one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had purchasing anything. Please do yourself a favor and do not use this dealership.

Bait and Switch

Very sad to see this sort of thing in this day and age. After some back and forth on pricing, we finally had a deal. They wanted money in order to even draw up the contract! He asked for $2k, we told him he could swipe for $100. Mike our salesman drew up a written copy with no total and asked for a signature. When my wife questioned this, he said it was not a contract, it was just for his records. Then he said the General Manager was going to type it up. That's right, not sales manager, he specifically said GM. Anyway, the "official" contract comes back and guess what? Did not match the original deal! They TRIED to explain that we were getting the same deal and that was "just the way we have to type it up". Being in sales myself, I have seen many fads come and go in vehicle sales. But I haven't seen the whole pad the contract and they'll just sign it thing since the late eighties. Shame on you SouthShore. Or more specifically, to the General Manager who likes to play games with numbers. Salesmen want to SELL. Winners want to close. You got on the boards for a connect, a sit-down and a test ride, but not a sale. That means you can't close and are a loser. They way to win is to not deceive. People don't want to buy from you when they can't trust you. We aren't even talking about a large sum of money that we were off by, a bit less than $1K. The principle is, you looked us straight in the eye and you lied. Game over man, game over.

Smoothest Purchase In My Lifetime

Walked in today to look at trading in my leased 2015 Grand Cherokee Ltd (from a different dealer) and dealt with Lou Morales and Tony the Sales Manager. What a smooth and quick process to lease a new 2018 Grand Cherokee Ltd. There was no haggling, only a fair price with lots of fun schmoozing between us all. Will be picking up the new Jeep tomorrow at noon. I have to say that if you are looking for any Chrysler product, I highly recommend South Shore and Lou Morales. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the way we were treated. And the price on my trade-in and the new car was great!!!

He was informative and did not treat me as if I was just another sale. He took the time out to make me feel as if he knew what I was looking for and was willing to help me get what I want in addition to what I need.
