First off, the inventory was different than the internet postings but I received a prompt call from salesman. I was told the internet salesman had been gone and was updating the website this week. We were greeted by a different salesman, who was helpful and friendly (at first). The experience was running smoothly until I noticed the time and had to leave to make my appointments. The receptionist disappeared and I could not find my salesman who was getting me a price on a tow hitch install. I also had accidently left my cell phone at home, so I could not contact the salesman that evening until I returned home after 8PM. The next morning I gave the salesman a call and was told that the manager was in a meeting and he still did not have the cost for installing a tow hitch. I called back twice left messages and never received an answer or call back from salesman. Because of this I did not purchase my vehicle from Sierra Blanca Motors
