No Way on the Highway

Gungho salesman who was happy to show me just what I wanted, but the model he had wasn't equipped the way I wanted. Couldn't answer the questions I asked but was well versed in the sales pitch he was taught. He had to answer his phone or was called to the desk every two minutes. Not a good experience at all.
I won't buy anything from them ever again!

I bought a pre-owned '07 infiniti from this dealership in September of '09. When me and the salesman were still negotiating about the price, he promised me to give me coupons for 2 full tank of gas and for maintenance on top of the discount i was getting on the car. Then he added the whole time you own the car, they will be sending coupons or freebies every now and then as part of their taking care of their customers. Weeks passed and i still didn't get the coupons he was talking about. So i called the salesman and followed up what he promised and he told me that they are just fixing to mail it. THen another week past and still didn't get any from them, called him again and he said he will check on it. This has been going on for a few weeks. Then we went on a 1 month vacation and i was expecting for the coupons to be waiting for me on my post office box when i get back but there was nothing. THen the salesman wouldn't answer my text, my calls to his cell phone and even my call to his office. I got tired of following up so i gave up on it. It's been 5 months since i bought the car and we found out that there is a leak in my car. I tried to call them and all they told me was they can't help me with it... that i should just call infiniti and discuss the leak with them. I asked if he could at least give me the number of an infiniti service center in lafayette but that person from the service dept said that he don't know the number and isn't even sure if there is an infiniti dealer in lafayette. It is just frustrating that the dealership couldn't even help you or at least lead you to the proper place where you should be going. It's like, once they sold the car, that's it! They got your money and they are done with you!!! I have been telling my friends and family and people i work with not to even consider on going there should they need to buy a car. THeir sales and after sales service SUCKS!!! They would promise all kind of free stuff but those are really just promises that are not meant to fulfill in the first place. And regarding the other freebies they said they were gonna send while we own the car? NOTHING! We didn't even got a mail from them asking how the car was doing.
