Connected on the internet. a sales person actually called and we set up an appointment. Got there and the sales person left to get a car in Orlando. After waiting 40 Minutes a young woman showed up and said she was helping me. She didn't have the faintest idea of why I was there and knew nothing about the cirtified Jeeps I was interested in and nothing was available. I finally said "Do you have new jeeps are in stock?" she said "When you drive out they are in the back of the dealership, there are several in a line out there" Didn't care enough to sell me a new Jeep.

Dealership didn’t provide the proper docs to buyout my lease so I still have a balance due even though I paid the lease buyout in full. It took dealership months to get all docs over to bank so in the interim it showed I didn’t pay my lease so my credit score has suffered considerably. Beware terrible Sales.

My new Jeep Cherokee has the auto stop start feature. The sales staff told me it could be disabled. Now that I own the car, the service department tells me that's not true. I would not have bought the car. They lied to me.

This dealership is wonderful to deal with... no games... honest and stands by their word. Bought 2 cars from them and both easy transactions with no stress or head games. Price was excellent. Treats you with respect and customer service is the best. I would buy another Chrysler or Mazda if for no other reason than to buy from this dealership (and no, I do not work there!). Love my Jeep, love the deal I got, and follow up has been above and beyond my expectations. Forget the other dealers in SWFL... miserable experiences. Just go straight to Naples and ask for Tony. Worth the ride!
