I bought a Jeep form this dealer, and they gave me $1,900 for the trade in - I showed them the blue book value which was much higher but they said they could only sell it at auction - 2 weeks later they put it up for sale for $9,000 - everything they say about car salesmen is true

First Time New Car Buyer

Anthony, Michael, and Sam went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out when it came to buying a new car for the first time with less than perfect credit. They gave me plenty of options, worked super quick, and helped me understand a lot of terms I didn't know and explained the process to me so I didn't feel like such a lost sheep and at the end of it all I walked away with a 2013 Dodge Dart which is exactly what I wanted. Their professionalism is of the highest caliber and I really wish I would've been treated like this at other dealerships in the past. If you're looking for a car I would definitely recommend these guys. They really know what they're doing and they're not just out to make a buck, they really seek to help you out and get you a good car and that's all I could ask for.

Don't Shop Here - Save Your Time And Nerves

DO NOT SHOP HERE. SHADY SALES PRACTICES. We spent 4 hours at this dealership agreeing on the car, price and terms. The credit and lease application and forms were being completed. The fleet manager, who we had been dealing with, left the conversation for 30 minutes and then was replaced by the "manager" who told us the price had increased by 33%. He tried to blame us for not catching his fleet manager's "mistake". I asked him what interest rate they were charging on the lease. He tried to mislead me by quoting the "money factor" instead of the annual interest rate. When I called him on it he admitted they wanted 13% APR. We ended up buying at another dealer on the same day at a price and terms that were acceptable. These people will treat you poorly, try to mislead you, waste your time and then hope you give in out of frustration. There are other reputable dealers in Northern California so don't waste your time and money dealing with these [non-permissible content removed].
