My truck was ready when he said it would be done - no waiting! Greeter Chris remembered me, and was polite and professional. Overall a great experience!

I scheduled a service appointment to install a few accessories for my new Ram 3500 Limited. They had to order the parts ahead of time, and then scheduled once all of my accessories had arrived. Shawn (Moss Bros Service Rep) kept us informed of our service schedule, and Robert (Moss Bros Service Rep) took care of us when we came to pick up our vehicle. What a team . . .everything like clockwork! It is nice to feel like an appreciated customer.
