They wear you down by prolonging the consummation of the deal! Arrived at 10 am to pick up the new truck and they spent 4 hrs dragging out the process. I put $1000 down to order and it never shows in the purchase order..!!

Easy and fast truck sale experience

Jose and the dealership made the truck buying process easy and fast. I drove three hours to purchase my truck. All the paperwork was prepared ahead of time. Even when I changed my mind and purchased a different truck on the lot, they quickly changed the paperwork and made the whole process easy.

21 Rubicon Gladiator

I don't feel that paying 47k for a used vehicle that it should have miss matched tires, also once I got it home and was looking to get new tires the vehicle did not have the key for the wheel locks, called the dealership told me to come back the next day which I needed to anyway to give them the extra key to my trade. it took 3 hours to change 4 lug nuts. and as of today over 2 weeks later they have still not payed off my trade and I am going to have to make another payment in 2 days.

Bad Service and Bad communication

Been servicing the minivans that I bought here since 2013. Over the past 3 years every visit is a hassle. Last week - Another nightmare visit. Took me almost 3 weeks to actually get an appointment for my last prepaid oil change. Website didn't work. When I called the main service line, multiple times, it hung up on me. I left no fewer than 3 voicemails for the service advisor that I did have a direct number for and never got a call back. Finally got through and put through to a service advisor that sounded promising, dropped the van off and left it - late Friday afternoon I get a link to the inspection report with about 2K of services "needed right now". I speak with the service advisor on Saturday morning, approving the two air filters and texted her a coupon. Completed the online form approving those two items. Texted midmorning asking if the car would be ready by 1 as we discussed on the phone. Reply back was "end of day", I tried repeatedly calling at "end of day" to no response. Arrived to pick it up and had my ride wait, another advisor was there, found the keys and paperwork so I waved my ride off. Yet another service advisor after I waited another 15 minutes informs me that sure it's done well the original oil change, not the filters. Seriously? Excuses and bad systems and just plain bad service.

SERVICE

made an appointment to have air conditioner blower checked out. was told that I would have to have a diagnostic test done on the van. left it on Thursday and rechecked on Monday and nothing had been done. I was told by the service advisor that she would schedule a diagnostic test for next Tuesday but I did not receive a confirmation email noting the scheduled appointment.

Car at Shop Too Long

When I made the appointment, for 7/18/23, I was not advised I would be leaving my car - for four days. (They did provide me with a ride home but I was without my car for much longer than originally told. I had a recall for airbag emblem, my engine light had come on and I felt like I had two separate rattles underneath - possible spare tire and maybe loose exhaust pipe? However, it was a week later (7/25/23 @ 7:00pm) when they called me with the work needed. Two different flushes, new spark plugs and new catalytic converter (for $5,500). I told them to do everything except the converter as I couldn't afford that at this time. I was called on 7/27/23 that car was done and I could come get it. I paid $914.80 for work completed, engine light is off but both rattles are still there. I am sure that my car sat in the lot for the majority of the days it was there. I was told if I did not leave it, at that time, that the next time I brought it in I would have to begin the whole process all over again. If help is an issue, then the number of cars, scheduled at one time, should be reduced. Today's cars are connected to a computer, to be analyzed. That certainly doesn't require 9 days - even 7 days, if you don't count Sat & Sun.

For whatever reason, my appt. was incorrectly entered for the wrong month. But my service advisor got my service done anyway in the same amount of time. I am here by choice. I bought my Jeep at another dealer I did not want to do business with (but they had the car I wanted), and another Jeep dealer much closer to my home I also do not want to do business with. I have never been disappointed here.

The worst experience of my life! Took them 5 days to see if I was going to be approved and still the vehicle I purchased has a broken touch screen!! A broken wiper blade and the door panels are lifting (I knew about the doors). But still not ever recommending this dealership to anyone!!!!!!
