As a local resident of Plymouth, it was important to me to attempt to find a vehicle in my own backyard. As our family often takes trips to the local Dairy Queen, it is always followed up with a traverse (pun intended) over to the Van Horn dealership to gaze upon the new models. My wife has for some time desired the Chevy Traverse and often she would see them as we travel through the lot. Well, this time Van Horn happen to have the color, type and interior she was interested in, so we stopped in and acquainted ourselves with Anthony, the Sales Specialist. Anthony was very likable and somehow how was able to not come off pushy, yet maintained a demeanor of interest. He understood what our requests were and appeared to do his best to meet those desires. His willingness after we leased the vehicle to walk my wife through all the bells and whistles was refreshing and demonstrated a good sense of values. The Finance Manager, though I do not recall his name, was a true professional. He at such a young age understand much about the human disposition. He explained everything well and thorough. He made processing paperwork none burdensome and with a bit of flare. Good guy! Overall, my wife is happy, I am happy and I would for surely pass on my good experience to friends and family. Free oil changes for life.

Bought my 2016 GMC Canyon Diesel from Joe Van Horn. With that purchase I receive free oil changes for life. Since it’s a diesel the cost is more for an oil change than the standard gas engine. I am taking full advantage of this benefit. Made an appointment, dropped off the truck and 20 minutes later I was back on the road. While I waited I was offered soda pop, popcorn and a TV in the waiting area. Friendly service department. Did a check of the vehicle and didn’t push for extras like wipers, cabin filter, tranny flush. Like some places. Lots of quality vehicles on the lot to chose from.
