Great experience. Bernie kept me informed all that was being done to my truck. I would recommend Rudolph at any one. I have 2 other dealerships closer to me but i drive to Rudolph Chevrolet which is 28 miles away to have my vehicles services. Rudolph is the only place i trust to have my vehicles on. I have been a customer of Rudolph Chevrolet since 2002

So far my experience with this dealership has been awful. The service department has yet to contact me regarding my warranty for my rear view camera. At this point I’m not sure if I would ever purchase an other vehicle from here.

Rudolph service diagnosed the problem in the passenger side sensor switch. The dealer provided the best price for replacement togeter with the Chevrolet warranty representative.
