Our sales representative was Wayne Guindon. He was great. Right from the start he welcomed my wife & I in and showed us the some of the car models we were interested in. He was very professional and polite. He made the buying experience very easy. Wayne was also very knowledgeable of the vehicle we were purchasing. When my next lease is at it’s end I will definitely be going Wayne a call.

Better than the best!

Words will simply not be enough but here it goes. I was in the market for a new car. Gianna, in internet sales was BEYOND patient with me. For weeks she sent me different vehicles and options. Finally finding the perfect one she set me up with an amazing sales associate, Josh Joseph. losh ran numbers for me prior to me even having to go to the dealership and made sure to include all possible discounts and cash back offers. I knew exactly what I was walking in to! He met me first thing in the morning before Thad to get to work so I could test drive the car. He had it pulled up out front and waiting! He made sure I got too dollar for my trade in as well! He made this the absolute most enjoyable purchasing experience l've ever had. He took care of me like I was familv! He made sure all of the paperwork was done before I had to get to work. He even delivered my new car to me later in the day so that it could be detailed, polished and gassed up! I would recommend this dealership to anyone! And make sure you ask for Josh! Ps instead of an obnoxious folder of paperwork; they put it all on a flash drive for you. Can you say modern dealership? I love it!

Review of Service for 2009 Malibu. Replacement of headlights

Quick, next day appointment for non working headlight. The refurbished waiting room was very comfortable, stocked with beverages, snacks, sandwiches. Hand sanitizer placed throughout the waiting area, something I am very big on. I think that the cost of the labor to replace two headlights was a bit steep.

Usually do not enjoy going to the car dealership for any reason. However this device group makes it their motto to go out of their way for you. You can sit in the lobby as long as you want to wait for your vehicle. They frequently check on you to make sure you do not need anything. There is food, drinks, tv and a place to work if needed. They will shuttle you home if you should need that as well. They are always friendly. I like that they recommend things for my vehicle and provide a price before doing anything. They know more about what I purchased as far as warranties and service agreements for my car. And they always point out what is covered and what is not. Top notch and even when my warranty is up I will continue to come here.

Purchased a 2016 Equinox. Sales Rep was not pushy and truly wanted to help me (very experienced guy). Listened and heard what I was asking for, didn't try to upsell me to something else. And their price was very good. Beat the next best price without any haggling. Painless experience.

If I were you I would steer clear of this dealership! They have no problem and they are all smiles while taking your money,but when it comes time to fullfill their end of the bargain when it comes to warrenties be ready to be treated very poorly! Even when it came to dealing with the manager of the service department,Rick Hamil,you wont get much further with him either.They are very quick to get you out the door before they are even willing to look at a vehicle!
