HORRIBLE SERVICE

onThis place is the worst, my first time here, it was a never again moment for me… I dropped my car off on Sunday the 9th of July it took them 2 1/2 weeks for them to fix my car, my key fob had to be reprogrammed to the car, since I dropped it off not once did I get a phone call it was me that had to keep calling them… literally no one from that branch called me this is the worst place, I WILL NVR BRING MY CAR HERE.!!!!!!!

Terrible Service

onI took my call to be looked at and the service date was booked out a month. Then, when I drove my car there the technician said pull it in and looked at it! The next day I call and the service advisor was rude by saying he cannot bypass other’s customers to look at my vehicle. However, through all the rudeness he never even look at it the previous day. I just had it towed from them. How long does it take for someone to hook up a car to a machine! Never take your car there! They are horrible!

onRon in the service department has and continues to be congenial, professional, effective & timely delivering service with a smile whether over the phone or in person even behind a mask! I wish I knew the name if the young lady who works the desk in the waiting area, because exudes the same. Both are wonderful people!!! Ron & the service team have & continue to keep me safe on the road! Thank you Ron & Service Team!!!

Outstanding customer service

onI recently bought a car at Hessert Chevrolet. My experience as new buyer was great! Steven and Jamere helped me understand everything and guide me through all the process. Their service is outstanding and made the process look very easy. They made me feel comfortable and secure of what I was doing. I got an excellent deal and I am very happy with my choice. I recommend this place and with no hesitation I would purchase another car here!

onI took my car there i told them the problem and they found another problem and immediately they called me and everything was fixed in just a day and half. Very good job done. My new home of service now. Very friendly too.

onGreat communication between Art the service advisor and myself. Keep me informed every step and no surprises at the cashiers desk. Will bring my car here over and over for service. onHorrible experience.. had my car two weeks and never reached out to me.i went in person just to be told their diagnosis was they wanted to charge$600 more for more testing..
