The knowledgeable staff at Whitesides worked with me for hours through out two days to help me understand what my options were. When I asked about trading my vehicle they worked with me. When I asked about buying a new vehicle they offered a wide selection. Finally, after thoroughly learning what my needs were they matched me with a vehicle that fits me perfectly in all areas: cost, looks, sportiness, fun, family, space and travel. I bought a jeep which turned into the biggest lemon you ever wanted. So wrote to dealer and after a few failed emails Ted Showwalter wrote said he'd make it right come over they would trade it in for me to pick out something I wanted to replace it with well first day I go over he tried pushing a Pontiac on me I didn't want that but after 3 days of looking and ever car I picked was to old to many miles or couldn't finance well funny part is they could finance the one they wanted me to take which had high miles but not ones I wanted but after 3 days wife was fed up so said at least the Pontiac was better then the lemon so take it well I decided she was right after all the bull and they had wrote it up first day I was there telling me how much i'd get for trade in and how much payment would be and when I decided to take deal price went up but didn't notice at first but did when got home so wrote to Ted Showwalter and I've written 3 times since and still hasn't answered anything so if you want a fair deal and a good honest dealer I recommend you try another one its not this one.
