I called at 8 a.m. and they had me in at 10:30 a.m.! I couldn't believe it. Then they gave my wife and I a ride to the doctor's office, before we were done with the visit they had already sent me a text message to say the vehicle was done. Craig Croaker was amazing at showing us all the features of our new Acadia!! This has by far been the best buying experience I have ever had at any dealership in the last 30 years of buying vehicles. Craig's knowledge of the vehicle and his personal attention to detail was outstanding. Rydell was also so generous giving us a full tank of gas, free car washes, 2 oil changes. I will recommend Rydell to all my friends and Craig Croaker in particular for their car buying needs. This is definitively the place I'll go again.

Our Chevy Colorado was in for routine maintenance (oil change) and aftermarket support (programming our Astro start device). I arrived at Rydell's at 7:55 a.m. The overhead door opened immediately, and I was greeted with smiles. Everyone I met was welcoming. I honestly don't believe I've ever experienced such excellent customer service at any car dealership. I worked mainly with Jason (Service), Rudy (Maintenance Work), and Matt (Aftermarket), but everyone I came in contact with was helpful and friendly. Five Stars are not enough for the care and service I received. Thank you.

Kevin Hanson was awesome from the start! Very outgoing and easy to deal with, made the whole process work seamlessly and was much appreciated. James H over in the detailing shop did a fantastic job on my truck, the showroom shine looked awesome. Very satisfying day at Rydells, this is why I purchased my Truck from this location - its more than just the vehicle, its the service that comes with the purchase.

Rydells a MUST for sales and service!

I went in for a scheduled oil change and in the process they discovered a nail in my tire. Since the service department is separate I thought I would be waiting hours or even a day or two to get it fixed and didn't know what I would do because I live out of town but they got it fixed right away and got me on the road in record time. I moved to Fargo but still return to Rydells for sales and service of my vehicles and this experience is another example of why I keep coming back year after year. Thanks Rydell's!

My poor Avalanche had had enough. After countless operations on it, I felt like it was time to set her free in a pasture owned by someone different. I called the dealership in the morning and my phone call was answered by a nice young chap named Sam Foster. I explained to him that I was looking for a brand new fully loaded Z71 Colorado and that I'd show up around 2pm. At 1:50 I showed up (if you're not 10 minutes early you're late) and he was just pulling a car up front for me to look at. We took it for a test drive and I fell in love with said Colorado. They took my sad Avalanche for a test drive and gave me more than I thought they were going to. Now granted that I had already gotten pre-approved from a bank for a loan, I was in and out of there with a new vehicle in 2 hours. In the downtime, while papers were processing, him and I engaged on some serious golf banter. Never at one moment did I feel like I was being swindled, or hoodwinked in any sort of way. My experience was quite pleasant, and I was lucky enough to be in there while they were moving ZO6 Corvettes around (stimulating.) All in all, if you're looking for a new Chevy, swing by Rydell's and ask for Sam. Maybe you'll get some golf pointers, too. (He has his PGA card.)

Great Customer Service-Treats-Free Car Wash! What More Can a Lady Ask For?

The fast friendly service was excellent! Especially the service tech who came and told me my vehicle was done. He took the time to ask how my day was going and we had a nice quick friendly conversation! Wish I remembered his name! He deserves a raise! Also, the free car wash and vacuum bonus was unexpected but greatly appreciated! See you in 3 months or 3,000 miles!

Had to take our traverse in for tires, Gary Ramberg was our service person and did a outstanding job, while he was checking our car he found that we had a front strut leaking, which effects the handling of the car, also effects the tire wear. he took care of everything and they always take care of our car. Rydell is lucky to have a service manger like Gary Ramberg. Thanks to all the service personal at Rydells.

Sales great, but they take advantage in the service dept. I could have saved $500 dollars if I had time to go somewhere else. Will never use the service dept again.

I have had excellent service with Rydell and have also found it necessary to work with Ryan Chevrolet in Minot (due to work in the Oilfields of ND). The service, professionalism and respect for my time experienced at Rydell have been second to none. I have also shared my opinion of the service with Ryan which has proven to be the polar opposite with a total lack of interest in providing service of any sort much less satisfactory service. Please keep up the great work Rydell!

corrected all concerns i had with my vehicle, had to order some parts so they provided me with a loaner to take home and the following Monday they called and said my vechicle is finished. Love the new tires they recommend for me,smooth riding and very good on ice. Zach the service writter keep me informed on everything what was going on with my vehicle at all times,they even had it cleaned up when i come to get it, GREAT JOB, thank you!!

Worked with Zac Sieracki and he was wonderful. Very nice and helpful. He new right away what was wrong with my tire and set up a time that worked for me to get the tire fixed. He showed me where they found an oil leak during an inspection and advised me as to why I should really follow through with the suggested repairs found during the inspection.

Would like to Thank Gary Ramberg in Rydell Service for the Great Experience we had. We scheduled a drop off time in the early morning to get a Oil Change, Tire Rotation, Service Check Engine Light, and a Issue with the AC Adapter in my Wife's 2014 Traverse. Gary kept me updated along the process and had everything Serviced and Repaired the same Day. Had enough time to get a Express Detail from Aubrey Crane and her staff in the Detail Shop, another Fantastic Job!. Delivered the Traverse back to my wife and she was very Happy. Thanks Rydell for being Fast, Fair and Friendly. Great Experience!
