Sporty and Fun SUV

Great experience salesman Jim was awesome was able work out the financing we wanted. This was our first experience here and it was one of the bests. We will definitely going back to purchase another vehicle. Seriously check them out they are great!

sold car out from under me

was waiting for a car in transit to show up they said I could purchase when it got there,they ran my credit which was over (800).and when it got there they sold it to someone else.the sales person apologized for the screwup,but big deal two other cars similar from other dealers were no longer avaible.take your business else ware,no ethics

Poor Customer Service

This dealership has poor customer service I had purchased a car from them 5 months ago and have been having problems with it since day 1 I ask if I they could get me out of this car and get something else cause I keep having problems with this car and they are giving me a hard time with that i am very unhappy and disappointed and wouldn't refer anyone to them at all

Brand New Car with Serious Safety Concerns

We leased a brand new 2016 Chevy Traverse, drove off the lot with 8 miles on the vehicle. Within 6 weeks, with only 1,600 miles on it, as I was pulling up to a red light, the car lost all power. I was able to restart the car and drive it. I brought the vehicle into the service department at the dealership. They looked over the vehicle and could not find anything wrong. I took the car back. Ten days later, with 2,145 miles on it, as I made a right hand turn, the car again lost all power... lost the brakes, lost the steering, the air, the radio, etc. Again, I was able to restart the car, and drive it home. I did not want to risk driving the car any further than the short drive home, so I had it towed to the dealership for a second go around with the service department. They kept the car a few days, and because they could not duplicate the problem, they suggested we take the car back and drive it to see if it happens again. Being that I do not feel safe driving the car, I had it towed from the dealership back to my driveway, where it now sits because I will not risk injury or death to myself, my husband, my 4 children, or any other person on the road. In the meantime, we reached out to GM and filed a claim. The representative at GM reached out to the dealership, and again, because the service dept. could not reproduce the problem, GM would NOT do anything for us. I do not understand how a brand new car intermittently shuts down with no warning. Although the service department could not reproduce the problem, it doesn't mean there is no problem with the car. The failure happened on 2 occasions, once at 1,600 miles and at 2,100. So for the service department to take the car, drive it as little as they did, and then come back to me to tell me nothing is wrong doesn't seem like they did everything they could to figure out the issue. There is a serious safety concern with this car. I would think that a company as big as GM would stand behind their product, but instead GM is basically telling me to jeopardize lives and drive this car around. I do not know of anyone that would want to take this chance. Both the service manager and the sales manager at the dealership agreed they would not be driving their children around in this car, yet, that is what was suggested to me. I really wished GM or the dealership would have been able to help us in some way initially. The situation we are in is stressful and is becoming very expensive. We are renting a car and now have the added expense of that. I filed a complaint with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and had to seek legal advice. This is not the route we wanted to take; however, we tried to remedy the situation directly with the dealership and GM, and neither offered any type of resolution other than to drive the car and see if it happens again, which for us, is not an option.

Turnersville is the Best in Customer Satisfaction

TYour dealership provides the best service in South Jersey ! I live much closer to another Cadillac dealership but drive double the distance to Turnersville Cadillac/Chevrolet for the outstanding customer service that your employees consistently deliver! On my recent visit, I was actually willing to incur significant expense to have my car towed from Holman to my trusted Turnersville location for its repair. A Very Pleasant Experience

The dealership was clean, bright and inviting. I was treated with courtesy and respect by all whom I came in contact with. My salesman, Lee Milstein, was very knowledgeable about all the products and was very patient with me as we test drove and talked about several different models and vehicles before I settled on my new car. The paperwork process, normally a chore, was very fast as Lee was very organized and prepared for all the signings needed to be done. The whole car-buying process went very smoothly and I would definitely recommend Chevrolet of Turnersville to my friends and family.

A Truly Great Experience

I recently purchased a used car form Turnersville Chevrolet. I walked onto the sales floor and was met by Will Lockard. I had a very specific buying itinerary and Will was a pleasure to deal with being extremely accommodating with no typical car sales pressure tactics. I previously had been to many dealerships in my car search, and Will along with Turnersville Chevrolet, procured my business. Incredibly poor customer service

I bought a 2014 Corvette Stingray from this dealership and have nothing but problems with service. The latest incident is a classic and should guide anyone to stay away from this place. I called to schedule regular maintenance, mostly just an oil change. However since I recently moved from walking distance to more than 5 miles from the dealer I asked about getting a replacement vehicle. This would allow me to drop it off after work, leave it for them to service the next day and then pick it up after work again. BUT NO! This dealer refused. They only provide vehicles for warranty service and only then when it requires more than one day. I wasn't asking for a FREE replacement. Every other dealer I've had service at least provides low cost rentals or has a deal with Enterrprise for discounts.

Somebody needs to get there act together

MUST READ. Got car fixed here less than a year ago. Car is doing the same thing again. Since I had the air condition fixed twice at chevrolet of turnersville and now this will be the third summer without air condition because it is a other part that is broke according to chevorlet of turnersville, that is going to cost over $250.00. Also had a leak in a hose they fixed but had to take back because they did not fill coolant up after they fixed hose, did they check there work? You can answer that. Sorry got a bit off track. Now I took my car to a other service center and they say we need to change a part. The part they need to change is a part Chevrolet of Turnersville service center has already change less then a year ago. This part was never change according to this other service center.

My SUV broke down 7:15 in the morning. The service dept picked up right away ; got me the information for Chevy Road Side Assistance ; my vehicle was picked up within the hour ; they gave me a rental car at no charge ; had my truck back the next day. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Thanks !

I visited Turnersville Chevrolet on 6/30/15 for the first oil change on my 2015 Chevrolet Malibu as well as to take care of a recall for a computer module for the sunroof. From the minute I walked into the service area, I was greeted by a pleasant person [ Pat ] who took care of my appt. The dealership has a comfortable lounge area to wait while your car is being serviced. People that work there would pass and say "hello" or give you a smile. My experience with this dealership continues to be excellent. I am quite pleased with the service and people I encounter.
