I came to the dealership for the exact car I wanted, so the selection was easy. Chase completed the complex part of my two trade-in deal in a couple short visits that fit my schedule. He made the experience easy for me.

I highly recommend Marshfield Chevrolet. I requested competitive quotes from local dealers, and received canned email responses from several. Marshfield Chevrolet was recommended by a friend who is a single female, as she was very pleased with the low-pressure, low-hassle dealership. The sales manager (Marty) responded to my late-night quote request at 1:50 AM (if it was an auto response, it sure didn't look like it). The sales rep (Kenny) called me from Marshfield at a decent hour and left a message, then emailed me some information and also texted it to my phone. I called him back when I got some time, and changed the model and color on him twice, but he didn't blink and was there for me when I needed him. He gave me honest answers to my questions without any BS, and the sales manager gave me around $1000 off the price without any games. I literally passed right by my local Chevy dealer on the way to Marshfield because he wouldn't give me pricing over the phone and was in a hurry to get off. One must realize that a potential customer who requests internet quotes is probably a bit more tech-savvy than a customer walking in off the street. The folks at Marshfield "get it." My time is valuable. My time to close the deal was less than 72 hours. I am a happy customer!

Excellent dealership

I bought from them 2 years ago and my salesmen is still working there. There was no pressure though out the entire deal. They had fair prices on pre-owned cars. Will buy from them again if in the market for a chevy. Their service department is top notch. They have the cheapest prices of any GM dealer and have superior workmanship in doing repairs. They will not lie to you just to get extra money. There is still a dealer you can trust.
