One ruined it for all.

I have been getting my cars oil changed here for years and had wonderful service. This time was different, per usual I made an appointment on the app due to being on a strict schedule. In the past I never waited over an hour, this trip I waited 2 and my car didn't even get fully serviced the way it was suppose to. This location has always been great but something had to have been going on this particular day to ruin my experience. My tires did not get aired and my windshield whiper fluid was also not filled, these may sound like little things but when you pay for premium service you expect premium service or i'd go to walmart instead. There were a few new faces working there so maybe there was some lack of experience or just a lazy mechanic.
