Moisture in the headlights

onTook vehicle in for condensation in the headlights. They had it for three days did not correct the problem and told me to park it inside in a dry spot. I have no garage in Florida.

Lightning Struck my 2018 GMC 2500

onService department helped me get a full damage claim on a lightning strike of my GMC Truck. Got a full boat total claim on that truck which gave me the funds to buy a replacement. Sales and service basicaly put me in a newer better truck for a small out of pocket cost. Shout out to Duane in Service and Austin K. in Sales. Much appreciated~

Silverado 2015

onGreat truck and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Everything is expensive these days, but this truck is worth every penny. Oggie refused to let me walk away without getting the deal I wanted on the truck I wanted. I shopped them at a competitor and the sales guy came back with a number that was much higher than what I got at Bill Cramer. They were shocked at the deal I got at Bill Cramer and that confirmed to me that I got the best deal out there. I signed the paperwork in less than 10 minutes and was out the door in my new truck. I was very impressed with the efficiency and the service.

onI have used this dealership in the past for my maintainence work on my vehicle. This time I needed not only that but had to have a recall done and an additioanl issue taken care of too. The service writer, Gary, handled everything just great, as did the guy who drove my car to servicing, right down to the cashier. I always am greeted in a friendly and courteous manner and really look forward to that, especially early in the morning. As many times as I have been in for sevicing on my car, which I purchased at a different dealership, I have been completely satisified. Service Above and Beyond the Call of Duty

onI have been a customer of Bill Cramer since they were Tommy Thomas and bought my Trailblazer there. Now that we have our Tahoe we continue to see the same excellent service. As a disabled vet I cannot wash and detail the Tahoe myself, but every time we bring it in they are more than happy to do that for us at no charge. Very few companies honor vets in such a manner as they and I appreciate them very much. That is to say nothing of their first rate lounge and the finished product which is an A++++. Very bad

onNot so great! I bought a 2013 Silverado and it has been to the shop numerous times! Bad water pump, driver seat problems and now oil leaks from the maintenance they provide. The service writer with the last name of Lacey (cant remember the first name)(Chris or Kevin) is [non-permissible content removed]! He is nice to you in the face but doesn't have a clue of what he is doing. I hate that I got a truck that love and have to take it here.

onAlthough it took two visits within one month to fix an oil leak on my Silverado, it does appear to have been corrected. This situation was somewhat difficult to find due to sealant not completely applied. The staff at Bill Cramer Service did appear to be determined to correct the problem. They were courteous, and informative about the problem and the solution. My Service Advisor, Chris L., was very polite and professional. He always kept my husband and I informed on the status of the work and he exhibited a upbeat and positive attitude. Even my salesman, Paul C., offered assistance,if needed. The cashier was also very positive in attitude. It would be nice if Bill Cramer Chevrolet would have a few more loaner cars, however, the repair was very timely.
