Did disclose issues with vehicle…

We bought a 2018 GMC Sierra from Bubba and Sandy Milton Chevrolet back in April of 2022. The truck was a fair deal and the salesperson we worked with was polite and knowledgeable. At the time, we were residents of Louisiana and had been searching across a 400 mile radius for the best deal on a used truck and had came across this one on the Internet. My reason for the three stars is due to the following: We looked at various photos and videos of the truck that was shared with us by the salesperson and asked questions inquiring if there were any issues, damage, deep scratches, glass cracks, etc. with the truck. When none was brought to our attention we decided to make the trip from Louisiana to Florida to make the purchase. When we got there, we noticed two cracks in the windshield. The salesperson admitted to overlooking them and apologized. I replied that is fine, but can we come down off the price to facilitate repairs. The used car sales manager refused to do so stating that they had already came down on the price to the lowest dollar amount. At that point frustration set in but we decided to make the purchase due to having driven so far, being on a tight schedule, and having spent the past two months searching for a used truck. The following week I took the truck into the local dealership to have the cracks filled and was informed that they could do the repair but it would not suffice over time due to the lengths of them. Sure enough as we entered into the hot summer months, the cracks began to spider out. We received a quote to have the windshield replaced which was around $800 due to it having a camera. Another issue we just recently discovered was that the back window had been replaced. When it was replaced, they did not seal it properly resulting in the headliner being destroyed amongst other issues. Tried contacting the used car sales manager many times over the past several times and have yet to receive a response from them.

Be honest

Your location Sandy and Bubba's Milton Chevrolet 5925 US-90, Milton, FL 32583 Chevrolet dealer I went to sandy and bubba's Chevrolet and had a car picked to test drive and before I got there I was called by the salesperson and was told that the car had bumper damage and other damages to the car and that I did not want that car but, when you look up the carfax that they had posted on the website it stated that the car was a one owner and the car has a clean carfax with no accidents, which is it. I felt like I was being deterred from buying the car so that someone else who worked there could by the car for themselves. I called to speak with the sales manager to voice my concerns but neither manager was available and they never returned my call so I moved on to a better deal with a different dealership and got what I was looking for. I will add sandy sansing to my list of dealerships to never visit in the future.

An amazing buying experience!

We were looking for a Chevy Sonic - it had the highest rating from the NHTSA Safety Ratings and was just the right size for our traveling, a large trunk with all the space usable, good leg room both in the front and back seats and an added discovery of the best visibility in a car we've seen in awhile - a panoramic view out the front and side windows. The test drive showed the Sonic has great steering with excellent handling especially on the curves and corners and very comfortable ride with little if any road noise.The turbo charger works great too! The best part of buying the Sonic though were the people at Sandy & Bubba's Milton Chevrolet! The first person we talked to was Alicia who answered our first call to Milton Chevy. Nicholas Kochan (Nick) was our sales person, he had us do a test drive, and answered all our questions along with Delmare who is head of sales. Delmare was able to get us the price we wanted for the vehicle. Nick and Delmare were a great team to work with. Once we decided to buy the Sonic we test drove, we sat with the finance head of the Milton team- 'Gator' (Mike)- who did all the paper work and went over all the financial information with us. He was thorough and professional. He also had a great sense of humor and quickly finished up the paperwork - we left very happy! That must be the motto for Milton Chevy- have the customer leave happy! Nick had our Sonic ready for us to drive away by the time the paperwork was finished. Alicia, Nick, Delmare and Mike- a great group to buy a car from! Can you believe we test drove, negotiated, did all the paper work and were out the door driving our new car home in under 3 hours? Amazing experience.
