Experience was the best of over 25 new vehicles I have purchased. Nick the salesman gave me a quote and honored it. There was a high demand for the Bolt and dealers were adding over $3,000 to MSRP other dealers were adding paint protection for $2,995. Vann Gannaway added nothing just the MSRP. An honest dealership which is very rare in today's world.

On star notified us that there was a problem with the braking system. Called Van Gannaway early on Friday was told to bring car right in to the service department. They diagnosed the problem and fixed the car immediately. We had it returned to us in the afternoon. Always great service at this dealership.

Excellent service. All the staff at Vann Ganna ay goes over and beyond in assisting my service needs for car repair. My car had major issues that fortunately were under warranty. Lenny made the whole experience as comfortable as can be by keeping me informed with constant updates with the cars progress.

We took our old car in for service and ended up with a new used car only 1 year old. First, the Service Dept offered to drive us home and pick us up when the old car was ready. We looked at the car lot instead. But offering to transport us was amazing. The Sales lady was very knowledgeable on both new and used cars. We soon found a good car at a reasonable price. We traded in the old car and didn't even have to pay for the repair. Again, amazing. If this is your brand of car, I wouldn't hesitate to go there. Service like this is a thing of the past. Oh, I forgot to tell you that there is no loud rock music playing in the showroom. Very pleasant experience and we have been telling everyone we know about it.
